Green For England Anybody?

Anybody watching today's game think that Green looked like an England keeper? He was horribly at fault for the second goal, coming for and missing a corner, and very nearly presented Fulham with a third goal with his mad dash at the death. Robinson conceded six but looked the better keeper today. David James is fit again and set to reclaim the number 1 spot for England. I reckon James will play against the Ukraine and Robinson against Belaruse. Green would do well to focus on his own game rather than spouting off about the inadequacies of his team mates!

green was solid and reliable until his recent run in the england side. now he's making mistake and slagging his mates. methinks he has become billy bigtime.

Green has always been suspect under crosses which is why I have consistently maintained that he is not an international keeper.

If he cost us that pathetic point I would want him out of the England squad completely. However, we should not ignore the amount of times he has saved us points, which I why I still love the man lol

You jest.

Best England qualified keeper. Makes gaffs but they are unpredictable. Green makes the same mistake over and over so it can be planned for.

But James' unpredictable mistakes could also be a bigger problem then Greens identifiable problems
