I was also calling for selecting Ilan. Apparently, on the basis of today's display, I have to admit I was wrong. Huge disappointment!

Sound as rude as you like. I couldn't understand why Ilan wasn't being picked. I have a better idea now. But then Ilan wasn't played in his correct position today was he? I suggested at half time that we should drop the 4-3-3 nonsense and go 4-4-2. We might than have seen Ilan to better advantage. Just like Stanislas might look better if he was tried on the right flank, crossing off his strongest foot!
Now, if only Zola could also admit he was wrong!
