dfs Launch New West Ham Sofa
Available on four year interest free credit, with the first year payment free, dfs have launched a new three piece suite specifically designed for the armchair West Ham fan. Commissioned by David Sullivan, the suite features a man size armchair with a unique wide "arm" for securely positioning a lap top whilst watching illegally downloaded streaming games. Available with free replacement covers in the away colours, the claret soft furnishings, featuring a stylish flash of blue, are expected to be a big hit with the 1,000,000 identified armchair fans.
For every suite sold, West Ham will receive £100 from dfs. Speaking at the launch of the new West Ham Classique range, Sullivan said: "Now West Ham fans can support the club without ever getting off their backsides. And 'er in doors is likely to be so pleased with having a new sofa that our fans will probably be treated to a nice cup of tea courtesy of the wife whilst watching the game. If we can sell one million suites over the next 12 months, we could be playing in the Champions League in 7 years time! And of course, the soft furnishings would look wonderful in a brand new apartment in the soon to be developed Boleyn Mansions."
Like the West Ham squad, the sofas are available at half price but the sale must end by the August bank holiday!
Asked if West Ham would be launching any other branded merchandise, Sullivan added, "We are currently looking at the exciting possibilities offered by West Ham mugs."
you must have one going begging now you've signed up for mini status
ReplyDeleteGive up mate.
ReplyDeleteSorry but this is not your best work HF, pretty poor effort actually.
ReplyDeleteI've finally been starting to enjoy some of your posts recently but in my opinion you should avoid this type of article as it doesn't come across as funny, just a bit pointless and weird.
??????????????? what a ridiculous post, possibly the worst article I have ever read, a new low!
ReplyDeletePoor fair bullroot, this sites going down hill fast like r team.I should have listened to my dad when he told me to follow tottenham and this site shows me why.spurs fans wouldn't turn on there side like you do.why r you so down on west ham we have never had one truely great side ever.I can live with that and I don't expect us to ever have one just a good side would do for me.by the sound of your posts you think we should be up there with man utd or Liverpool or tottenham these teams are light years away so live with it,I do
ReplyDelete...or the article could be saying that the notion that you're only a West Ham fan if you go to games is utter crap.
ReplyDeleteAnd it can also be telling us that Sullivan will go to any length (and currently is with his offers), to squeeze money from our wonderfully loyal fans.
Fanno you toolio, what's your score prediction for the Emirates? Give us your Mystic Mug impression again.
ReplyDeleteNot on newsnow anymore are we knobhead???? shame
ReplyDeleteWe are knobhead, which is one of the reasons why the site has already had over 320,000 hits.
ReplyDeleteOh what a shame no News Now? well that's a shame - I was thinking of starting a campaign to get you removed - like the sun newspapers are - but look like I won't have to bother now.......
ReplyDeleteYou can't have "downloaded streaming games" downloaded is saved to your hard drive and streaming isn't
ReplyDeleteThis is still on newsnow. West Ham > All Sources. Fooktards!!!
ReplyDeleteIf you didnt get on here through Newsnow then you must have browsed here manually. Why would you do that if you apparently hate this Blog so much? Ok so its negative most of the time but its a different point of view than that of the rose tinted glasses blogs. If you dont like it, dont make the effort to come here!
ReplyDeleteOy Gevalt that post was a porkpie at a Stephen Carr Mitzvah
ReplyDelete0922, really? So if I watch a game on s streaming site, it is not an illegal download? Great!
ReplyDeleteNo, that would be an illegal stream. You'd only be able to view it as it was streamed but not retain it for future use (e.g. download)
ReplyDeleteIllegal streams? Do they flow into illegal rivers? Complicated jargon on this world wide cobweb.
ReplyDeleteyou're a numpty and you know you are..........
ReplyDeleteHumpty Numpty sat on the sofa
ReplyDeleteHumpty Numpty had a computer
All the orgs morons and all the orgs goons
Couldn't upset Humpty at all!
I know it doesn't scan but I couldn't be arsed.
I think streams are also downloaded. Whatever you see on a screen through the internet has been downloaded...it has to have been otherwise you wouldn't see it. Whether it is saved is a different thing. Some things are downloaded into your temp folder and are automatically erased when you stop viewing the site in question.
ReplyDeleteWatching an internet stream is like watching TV, you're accessing/viewing someone elses files on a remote piece of hardware.
ReplyDeleteIt's a broadcast not a download and no files are exchanged to the viewers computer.
Anonymous, I understand what you're saying but I think there's confusion over the word 'downloading', which is not the same as saving. A stream, even though no data is saved, is still a download because data is being received. That's my understanding anyway.
