Hull and Burnley Lose. Wigan thumped.

Zola may be a complete tactical numpty but he sure is a lucky bugger! This West Ham team is incredibly poor - despite boasting three current England players in the squad - but Burnley and Hull seem to be doing their level best to keep us in the Prem. And except when playing a team managed by Benitez, Wigan are pretty shite too.

Want to measure Zola as a manager? Well we are level on points with Mick McCarthy's Wolves. And we are only level with them because we beat them in the first game of the season! That says it all really! Wolves, Pompey, Burnley, Hull, Wigan and ourselves - all shit together! Looking at the picture, let's hope the one climbing out of the litter tray is us; or is it sliding back down?

  1. The standard of the premier league is shit in general to tell the truth HF.Outside the top 6 or 7 clubs the standard rapidly declines.Much prefer watching the EUROPEAN leagues in general, more skill and flair on show, the level is higher altogether. As far as this current WESTHAM side it bores me watching them.I was watching the game on football first but left off viewing the game ,as the team were clueless in so many areas of the game.Where do we go from here, surely we can't get any worse?I'm expecting another hiding at ARSENAL next week, followed by a tense draw against WOLVES.Can you think of a more clueless WESTHAM outfit ,defending, creating and especially going forward.Listening to TONY GALE on football first, he must have those claret and blue spectales well and truely fastened on with some of the crap he was coming out with......how about this statement "THAT WAS NOT A BAD WESTHAM DISPLAY"......f*** me what does he register as bad? The best football we were playing under ZOLA was when he first took over, quick one touch stuff, now,a season further on under ZOLA the team is serving up this dross .I just don't know what you would call it....all I know it is really boring to watch.ZOLA has lost his way and must move aside because this club is going in only one direction, down.

  2. Outside of the top 6 or 7, most leagues are pretty crap Essex mate. Think Everton are pretty tasty and they are in 9th and there are som good players spread around Birminham, Sunderland, Fulham, Bolton, Blackburn and West Ham. With a decent manager and a couple of reasonable signings, we would be fine.
