R Day For West Ham

We could be in deep deep trouble by the time we kick off against Arsenal. Should Pompey lay down and die in protest against the points deduction and Burnley secure a result against struggling Wigan, then the relegation trap door will be yawning wide open. I am wearing the Claret and Blue of Villa early afternoon and then the blue of Pompey and the blue and white of Wigan this afternoon. Sod being clever and looking for Wigan and Burnley to share the spoils, relegation is now between Hull, Burnley, Wolves and ourselves. And I fear the ONLY way we will stay up is for Burnley and Hull to each lose 7 of their remaining games!

  1. It's a shame that Parker is out for the match...but hopefully that means we can play 4-4-2 and try and win it.. Assuming that Illunga will only make the bench... Green, Spector, Tomkins, Upson, Daprela, Diamanti (left), Behrami (right), Noble, Kovac, Cole, McCarthy..even though Spector and Daprela aren't the best, with Diamanti and Behrami on the wings, they will have some support..We could really have used Faubert for this game!!!!

  7. Wigan will still be two points ahead of us you muppet. We will not get more than 35 points this season. That means we need two teams to lose REGULARLY. Those two teams are hopefully Burnley and Hull, though both are drawing as I write this, with Hull having led against Pompey and currently enjoying 57% of the possession!

  8. It will be another home game wigan did not win and they have a run of away games including us at upton park. A draw is the best result as long as we win our home games which we need to anyway to stay up. Id rather a draw and us to win on tuesday as burnley have played a game more than us anyway with a rubbish goal difference
