Stick Your Vuvus Up Your ****!
Stick your vuvus up you ass, stick your vuvus up your ass!
Did you hear the cheers from the Uruguayan crowd when the third goal went in? The whole of South Africa must have collectively choked on their vuvus at that point!
It's a shame. If it wasn't for the vuvu nonsense, I would have been cheering them on, not least for regular contributor Deane's sake, but I have been so hacked off by the bloody vuvus and the belligerent defence of them by anybody and everybody South African - even Bishops! - that I think Bafana Bafana have got their just deserts. There's no way back from this is there?
And what a goal from Forlan! Bloody ball, it just balloons over the bar when you hit it from distance doesn't it? Just like when Alonso hit it!
I know you didn't see eye to eye with him but have you seen Aycliffe's sad news on the org.
ReplyDeleteI most certainly did see eye to eye with the Reverand. But no, what has happened?
ReplyDeletethe vuvus will stay right through to the final the passion will still be there besides all we need is Mexico and France to draw then we wup the Frogs and hey presto we're through but Bafana or no Bafana the vuvuzela is here to stay and will be gracing a premiership ground near you soon
ReplyDeleteThere may be a few twats playing them in August but it won't last. Rememeber the German horns?
ReplyDeleteKeep dreaming Deane. Unless you believe the fix is in for real!
my hope was always pinned on the fix and please no vuvus in the prem it's not British ol' chap
ReplyDeleteI like standing and singing in England and dancing and blowing my trumpet in SA and long may the two be different experiences
Stick the vuvus up your ass HF, it would probably fit real nice. You just hate Africa so much! Typical right wing conservative plonker.
ReplyDeleteFair enough Deane!
ReplyDeleteI dislike vuvus so I hate Africa. Yeah, that makes sense. I detest cabbage so I must hate Russia. In fact ballet bores me even more than vuvus so I must absolutely hate Russia! And I don't like it cold either! Nuke Russia!
Sorry to disappoint you HF but Forlan's goal took a deflection off the defender's back which is why the flight of the ball looked so weird (the ball is still crap though!).
ReplyDeleteI wish it was a genuine wonder goal as the tournament desperately needs some!! For all the passion of the South Africans (which is great) it's been as bad a start to a world cup in terms of football quality as I can remember.
Hopefully it can only get better now the games are starting to have more consequence...
Here you go lads you very own virtual Vuvuzela.

Greece to win the World Cup!!!
ReplyDeleteTrue Pablo but Alonso's and Ronaldo's efforts would have been wonder goals had they not struck the woodwork. Both looked in pretty good control of the flight of the ball to me!
ReplyDelete8 goals scored in 2 matches today. So much for your boring world cup HF, you must be so disappointed that you can't complain about the lack of goals. What are you going to whine about today? Maybe the weather? the african teams? the ball? the vuvus again? the tv intro themes? who friggin knows!!
ReplyDeleteGreece to win the world cup, LOL, that was funny. Hey.. we all need a good laugh now and then, anymore jokes sav??
ReplyDeleteYep it is getting better. God knows how given the ball is meant to be impossible to control!
ReplyDeleteI do hope given the sad news that it was not you posting as el martillo?
ReplyDeleteJokes aside, Argentina will win the world cup.
ReplyDelete1751, I have no idea what you are talking about.
ReplyDeleteDid you see that miss from the Yakubu. I find it ridiculous that the forwards never get criticized while the keepers are always held accountable. Accountablity should also apply to the forwards. Yakuba was a lazy fat mug who never tracked back to help his comrades. When the moment of true came he blew it! Goosh I hope we don't sign that one.
ReplyDeleteI do now. Well done to Marty for blowing his cover to pay a tribute, given Bill campaigned to get him banned because he was convinced Marty was me!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if del will surface to post a tribute? He has gone into summer hibernation. How about OSP?
"I will show you fear in a handful of dust." It will come to you and me too. Tough on Bill's surviving relatives; from what I understand, he was a passionate and caring Dad. That is much more important than what football club he supported.
I could not see the Yakubu miss because of this strange thing known as work!
