  1. Ok HF - What are you trying to get at?

  2. He needs help. It is now official. I think his imaginary little world is finally caving in around him. Too much time on his own I think...

    ReplyDelete
  3. Has he gone? did we win? did he lose? Hooray!

    ReplyDelete
  4. Read again Anonymous. You lose every time. Welcome to the game's gone crazy!

    ReplyDelete
  5. which anonymous are you referring to, me or the other two? I saw your "political" blog but couldn't leave comment as you don't allow anonymous - what's that all about? it's ok here but not there?! you aren't very consistent are you?

    ReplyDelete
  6. Different settings over there. Can't work out how to change them. Glad you looked in though. Which Anonymous? If you want to be treated as an individual, you need to give yourself an ID. It applies to Mr Anonymous, whoever and where ever you are. Welcome to the game's gone crazy.

  7. HF, if I didn't know better I'd say that the anonymous thing is actually starting to wind you up. You know my views on it!
Only thing is, don't you think you are in danger of alienating posters who wish to comment on things West Ham when evry time they log in they see a series of tit for tat exchanges between you and anon?
Last night was a case in point mate.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Maybe. But then they don't have to read the comments or the blog. Wound up? Not in the slightest. Mr Dale gets wound up, I don't. I wind up but how could I be wound up given my power to delete anything I want to delete? That would be like being upset because you are pinching yourself. You would just stop pinching yourself wouldn't you? Well I would. These idiots just join the game!

    ReplyDelete
  9. Well, no, people don't 'need' to read the comments I guess but surely the point of any thread is that it evolves with successive contributions and others then respond to the responses, building an argument or reforming their views? Or maybe I'm missing the point of a blog?

    ReplyDelete
  10. The blog is whatever you want the blog to be. It is not a forum. westhamfans.org serves that purpose pretty well (linked from this page). I simply give my take on West Ham and football, the reader takes what he wishes from that and gives back accordingly, should he so wish. If the contribution is worthy, I and others will respond. If it isn't, I and others will dismiss it, either by ignoring it, or by pointing out the weaknesses of the response.

At the end of the day, what does it matter? If you look at the big picture, nothing said on here is going to change the world, but, given the responses, this blog does have the power to change somebody's world, either for the better or the worse, every single day. I have fun writing it, others seem to be in agony reading it. Why they keep reading it is therefore anybody's guess. They have joined the game I suppose!

  12. Headmaster - you don't get the point because you haven't been here long enough yet.

I think I speak on behalf of all the anonymous posters here. We welcome your views - as your views got you in to trouble on WHTID where everybody has to agree with Dale.

As anonymous posters we are adicted to this blog, defeated at every turn in the Game. We strive to limit decent conversation by alienating those who try to participate, not understanding that Hammersfan controls our every move.

Our mission statement is to stop the negative AntiWestHam parasite that is HF. However the site continues to grow as that bastard hit count testifies.

Bugger! I've just lost in the game again!

    ReplyDelete
  13. You see Anonymous, I cannot lose and you cannot win. Still, your addiction is such that I have you in my power for ever. Unless you stay away of course. Can you? Of course you can't, the Game has ensnared you! To stay away means I win. To return means I win. Life's a bitch for you aint it? ; }

  14. By the way Anonymous, hope you are watching the cricket whilst looking in on this blog. Swan bowling beautifully.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Leaving aside a possible serious case of superiority complex, are you trying to persuade everyone that you are just putting us all on? And then, perhaps you are having a laugh.

Seriously, I hope you don't mean that, or I would suggest you get some help soon.

  16. Call myself anonymous, call myself Graham, what the hell difference does it make?

    ReplyDelete
  17. I call my anonymous and I call myself Tim and I love to come here!

    ReplyDelete
  18. I come here a lot and it's only West Ham blog where I leave comments - the NamesDaveandHFisCrazy.com

    ReplyDelete
  19. I call myself gaz and I love HF too and I'll keep coming here until he is the top blog on the net! I consider it my duty as a happy hammer.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Cheers Gaz, Tim and Dave, thanks for your support.

    ReplyDelete
  21. "Sav", I am only winding up those who deserve to be wound up. The articles are seerious, the replies to certain comments are less so. The thing about this blog though, love it or hate it, is you can't ignore it.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Call me Jeff and call me Anonymous, have to say this place makes me happy. As a defender of West Ham I consider it my duty to let HF know whenever he is being a prick! But that isn't often. I never get wound up and I know that we never get to him as he could delete any post he didn't like if he wanted to. Guess that makes his critics mugs.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Hey what's going on? You changed at least 3 of my replies to this post - bad form! This makes me look a complete twat!

    ReplyDelete
  24. You see 1617, you can't win in this game. You lose again. Loser!

    ReplyDelete
  25. I love this site. I love your sense of humour HF and I love the way you get under the skin of the anonymous arseholes. Keep it up mate. And anonymous you are a better straight guy than Ernie Wise, keep tossing yourself off so HF can bat them back.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Cheers Picknmix. Are you out of work since Woolies went bust?

    ReplyDelete
  27. This place gets weirder and more wonderfull by the day. Keep it up HF. As Corporal Jones said, they don't like it up them. Apart from Iain of course.

    ReplyDelete
  28. My good god. Get some help mr. Quick.

Are you a very lonely person?

    ReplyDelete
  29. Hammers, I've read you for a while but it's obvious even to me that you are cracking up. You are replying to your own post using different names here.

You are now making a fool of yourself.

Take a break from it, for your own good.

I hope you take that in the spirit it is meant.

    ReplyDelete
  30. 'Hammersfan',

We are all 'anonymous' on the web. You are as anonymous as anyone else. Was you christened hammersfan? Was stani army christened stani army? Was anonymous christened anonymous?

    No.

Where you fail is in the fact you don't realise that you are the only one playing this 'game'. That's because it exists in your mind only.

You are clearly totally obsessed with this site. To an unhealthy degree I might add. You give the impression that it is all you think about. Nobody else does. They may think about it for the 20-30 seconds they spend on your page. But that is it. They move on and think about the next thing they are looking at. You don't. You obsess about it.

You speak of factions and conspirators, of militants and those people from other sites. It doesn't exist except in your mind. Nobody else thinks about it.

You are alone in this game like you clearly are in life.

That means you lose. But don't feel bad about it. Nobody else knows that you lost except you. Nobody else gives a toss.

    ReplyDelete
  31. You know I like reading and commenting on your articles. I don't want to praise you too much or I will create some enemies for me as well.

But what I don't understand is why do you put up with all these stupid and insulting comments by gracing them with a response? Don't you think it is better to just censor those who are generally insulting and just let the rest go?

As a regular visitor, I would welcome not having to read through so many idiotic exchanges before I get to read something interesting and meaningful in the comments part.

But to be frank, if I had to choose between someone who writes in order to please and one who may be a little controversial at times but speaks his mind I would always pick the latter. My only criticism is that you should perhaps reserve your replies only to those comments that are worthy of a reply. You don't need to provoke them further.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Sorry Sav, but you are wrong.

When he chooses to post things as benign and ridiculous as this he deserve all the ridicule that comes his way.

If this fella chose to run a simple blog about his life (?!) then there would be no problems. In fact, there's probably be no blog but that's another story!

The fact is he chooses to do it in the name of a football club. Football clubs cause people to come together like tribes and everyone feels like they are a living breathing part of that club.

This site is an embarrassment to the club on so many levels but mainly because hammersfan uses it to fuel his own obsessions and sense of self importance.

When you embarrass the club, you embarrass all those people that feel they are a living breathing part of it. Who on earth would really want to be associated with the drivel posted on this site?!

I know of no other blog on the web where the owner of the blog is so consistently told to stop. He should listen to the feedback.

This place is merely a virtual shrine to hammersfan's own psychological issues. Not least insecurity (personal and sexual), obsession, need to feel powerful...I could go on.

He should keep the name of West Ham out of it, he is a discredit and an embarrassment to the club and all those who support it.

    ReplyDelete
  33. 1837, please explain how the views of a West Ham supporter could possible embarrass the club? If this site is so pathetic, how on earth could it embarrass a club of the size of West Ham? That doesn't add up does it? If the site is so pointless, why do you feel the need to post comments? That's a very weird thing to do my friend? There are millions of pointless blogs out there, do you comment on all of them?

How could I embarrass West Ham United Football Club? I could invade the pitch during a game. I could participate in obscene and racist chanting. I could simulate gas chambers by hissing when we play Spurs. I could take my 7 year old son into the Boleyn and let him join in racist songs on match days. Those things have the potential to embarrass the club, but a poiintless blog, a blog that nobody takes any notice of, a blog written by a sad loner who everybody thinks is an idiot, how could that embarrass West Ham?

People react when a nerve is touched. This blog touches nerves because it tells the truth and that truth often hurts. And yes, when this blog said that Ashton would never play again whilst Duxbury was claiming the opposite on WHTID, that was embarrassing for the club. And yes, when this blog predicted a relegation struggle when Zola and the club were predicting a top 10 finish, that was embarrassing for the club. And when Parker is sold, that will be embarrassing for the club. And I could go on...

You have lost again. You are back here and reading this pointless blog. How stupid are you if this blog is as pointless as you claim. Ignore it. I never go to WHTID because it holds no interest for me whatsoever. I look in on the Org for old times sake and KUMB run interesting stories from time to time. You don't like this site? Ignore it. Or lose!

    ReplyDelete
  34. 1723, why have you been coming to the site for a while? That's the point my friend.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Hammersfan...why did your wife leave you?

    ReplyDelete
  36. Has she left me? Who is sitting on the sofa opposite then? Whoever it is can cook a great spag bog!

    ReplyDelete
  37. I've just sent her out to the kitchen to get me a can of lager. Whoever it is can stay!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Are you still getting bullied by the kids in your class?

    ReplyDelete
  39. He changes all the posts - what little credibility he had left has finally gone - Anonymous we won!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  40. We never won, there was never a game except in the world constructed in this geezers head.

I think the fella that posted at 17:36 couldn't have put it any better! Most sensible and thought provoking thing I've read on this site!

Until hammersfan posts his real name on here he is just showing himself up to be a hypocritical turnip.

But you're right - listening to him going on about how he'll always win because he can delete stuff is very telling about his state of mind.

I bet he's a teacher. They never really left school as they are all too scared to leave the playground.

    Poor soul. Poor, poor soul.

    ReplyDelete
  41. HF rewrites posts, doctors them to suit his own arguments, what you post will be changed by him……

Today he altered and fundamentally changed at least 7 posts - what little credibility and integrity he had left has finally gone –

Hee has overstepped the mark and stooped to the lowest low –

They don’t change posts on the ORG / they don’t alter things on WHTID and they don’t modify posts on KUMB - as Anonymous we finally won!!!!

He is proven to be dishonest, fraudulent and without morals – he is deceptive, deceitful and fake – this web log is fake, bogus and a shame – he invites comment and when he doesn’t like it he changes it!

    SHAME ON YOU!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Well I think the fact that this post of his has attracted the most replies out of anything he has to say is very telling.

Most telling because even still, it's only a paltry 40-odd. True, it beats the barely-double-figures he achieves normally, and even half of that number are his own replies.

He displays a doctored hit-counter too. This shows deep deep levels of insecurity. If this site was even half as popular as he likes to think it is it would have been bought. It hasn't been though, because it's not popular. Like you say, he's a fraud.

Other sites, well written sites, attract hundreds of well written responses from hundreds of different people.

This site get's a handful of responses on a good day. The majority of those asking him to shut up and go away.

    ReplyDelete
  43. You have lost the game again. Nobody cares about your silly rants. Start your own blog, see how many people visit! You lose again. And every time you visit or think about this site. Poor deranged fool.

    ReplyDelete
  44. What's the betting he starts posting after Sherlock finishes?!

I can't wait for him to 'break' the news that Wes Brown has retired from international football.

He has a real talent at repeating news that people have already heard several hours/days before.

What's your name hammersfan? Seeings as you disagree with being anonymous you'll be happy to break your cover, won't you?

    ReplyDelete

  46. Mate, you're a joke. Even the 'hit counter' is fake! When you put it up, you started it on 0, right??

    ReplyDelete
  47. The hit counter is 100% genuine as has been independently verified. I have declined advertising thus far. I may succumb at some point. Your regular visits are certainly pushing up the value of the site! Thank you in advance.

    ReplyDelete
  48. You started the counter on 0 then, right?

Tell me, how do you have a hit counter independently verified? I'm intrigued?

    ReplyDelete
  49. 2203 It started on 55555,then reverted to 00000 in October 2009. The total shown are the number of hits since then. The figures are independantly verified and, over the last month, during the close season, the number of hits has increased by 20%. The site grows month on month. Each time YOU visit, you take this site up the rankings. Thanks for your support. You've just lost the Game again!

    ReplyDelete
  50. But tell me, how do you have a hit counter independently verified?

    ReplyDelete
  51. Start a blog and try to get it accepted by News Now. Then you will find out. They don't take anybody and everybody you know! Go on, give it a go. You've just lost the Game again by the way.

    ReplyDelete
  52. But how did you have the hit counter independently verified.

I know full well how newsnow works thank you very much.

So, how did you have the hit counter verified?

    ReplyDelete
  53. There is a site that measure s the number of hits each site gets and publishes the figures. I've forgotten its name. Alexa? Alexis? Something like that. Track back through the posts and you will find it mentioned in the comments sectioned. I checked out this site last week. Credible? Well News Now ask for the Alexa / Alexis ranking (whatever it is) if you apply for them to carry your site. I didn't apply for them to carry this site, by the way, they contacted me. If I could be arsed I would post up their email. It was based on "the quality of writing and growing popularity of the site" or something like that. Not bad for a piss poor site that nobody cares about! You've just lost again by the way.

    ReplyDelete
  54. So, it wasn't independently verified, par se? I see.

Integrity Hammers, it's all about integrity and it seems like yours is evaporating quicker than the dead sea!

Now, when are you posting your real name, mr anti-anonymous?

    ReplyDelete
  55. Erm, in what way was it not independently verified? News Now accept the rating as verification. You know better than News Now? You've just lost again by the way. Hope you are doing something else whilst spending all evening on here. I'm watching The Untouchables. How about you?

    ReplyDelete
  56. By the way, I'm not anti Anonymous. I could prevent anonymous posting like the Org and WHTID but I don't. I enjoy your contributions!

    ReplyDelete
  57. You see how easy it is for me to win?

    ReplyDelete
  58. Night night anonymous, sleep well. You lost again.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Hmmmm I'm not sure who is the outright winner though. I would guess that its anon.

Almost every West Ham site bans them so they have won elsewhere.

If you don't ban them, then you'll always have to authorise or delete their posts.

You'll always be looking for anon posts.

    Time will tell.

    ReplyDelete
  60. I haven't banned them DD and won't ban them. Every time they visit, my detractors lose the Game. Why should I forgo the pleasure of seeing them scream in exasperation?

    ReplyDelete
  61. 2 reasons he doesn't ban anon posters:

    1. He probably doesn't know how to and

    2. If he did ban them, he'd average about 1.5 replies to each of his posts.

    The knob.

    ReplyDelete
  62. You still lose - every time you lose... we say something you react - every time you react you lose - Mmmwwwaaahhhhaaaahhhaaaaaa priceless
