This is disgraceful. Ancelotti has come out and said that Lampard is fit to play against West Ham on Saturday. He wasn't fit to play for England on Friday, he is not fit to play on Wednesday against Switzerland, but Chelsea already know he will be in the team at the weekend.
I have said for a long time now that if a player misses an England game, he should not be allowed to play in his club's next fixture. That would put an end to this nonsense immediately. I was disgusted to hear Capello say, before the Bulgaria game, that Terry "needed a rest" as an explanation for his absence from the squad. Well Dawson is now having an 8 week break as a result! How is that fair? In what way is the Premiership a level playing field when clubs like Chelsea, and Liverpool under Benitez, pull England players from the England squad with impunity, whilst clubs like West Ham, and Tottenham to be fair, allow players to travel even when not 100% fit?
Action needs to be taken. It might be a good starting point to say to Chelsea, select Lampard and Terry at Upton Park and the points are awarded to West Ham. At least we would have a chance like that! Providing Lampard and Terry are selected of course!
Idiot aint ya. Were gonna put 6 past your pathetic team on saturday and im sitting in the home end as well with a few of us Chelsea boys should be fun. You cant sell the ground out so we will fill it for you. Super Frankie Lampard.
ReplyDeleteWe have the perfect seats for you mate, they are made out of plastic too!
ReplyDeleteIm sitting in Bobby Moore Lower Row X so have a look out for me if you want. There are 7 of us 5 chelsea and 1 hammer and 1 Gooner.
ReplyDeleteHa ha ha how funny im taking my boys as well and we are Chelsea sitting in the West Upper. Chelsea here Chelsea there
ReplyDeleteto be honest I expected you lot to create something like that
ReplyDeletehope you'll be well and truly beaten with both Lampard and Terry scorers ;)
Just got my tickets for the West Upper do I need a passport to enter that dump as the locals seem quite smelly
ReplyDeleteChampions Champions
ReplyDelete- Lampard had an operation on Tuesday for a hernia, it's not a made up injury.
ReplyDelete- England play on Tuesday, not Wednesday. Do your research.
- If you've seen Lampard's latest performances then you should hope he starts as he has been below par.
- We are constantly told Lampard and Gerrard can't play together, the former's absence is good for England, right?
- Terry is responsible for Dawson's injury? I think we are fortunate Daws will miss the next game as he's the only player in the Premier League that makes Terry look quick.
So hope I'm sitting near you then 13:23 at least "the shed" had somewhere to run to You'll just be able to cry for your Momma
ReplyDeleteoh yea and players pulled from a national team due to "injuries" should definitely not be allowed to play in their club's next game altho perhaps an exception in Lumplards case as he should sit all internationals out as Gerrard is a far better player in that position
ReplyDeleteThere are many flaws in this so-called blog:
ReplyDelete- Firstly, England play on Tuesday, not Wednesday. (Pedantic I know, but needed to be said).
- Lampard had an operation on a hernia on Tuesday, this is no fake injury.
- If you had seen Lampard's average displays in last few games you'd want him to start.
- Lampard and Gerrard can't play together, his absense benefitted England.
- Terry is responsible for Dawson's injury? (I'm not even going to bother, that one's too easy).
- Dawson's injury is no biggy. Sad for Spurs, but he's the only man in football who makes JT look quick.
"I have said for a long time now that if a player misses an England game, he should not be allowed to play in his club's next fixture."
ReplyDeleteWell, if you've said it, Christ only knows why the major figures in the game aren't listening. What's the world coming to when a performing monkey can't have his half-arsed opinions crapped onto the FA's desk for immediate action on Monday morning?
I'm sickened. I really am. You should do something about this.
Okay then. Try having a hernia operation and then playing for England the following day. Robert Green should be banned FROM life after messing up at the World Cup.
ReplyDeleteWhat a laughh. You would probably be the same guy booing them if they had played for England. On the flip side, I realise that this is probably the only way the Hammers would realistically get points from Chelsea. Sad article from a sad 'fan'
ReplyDeleteyou plastic chelsea fans better be very quiet then. otherwise you may wish you didn't bother going. just a friendly warning.
ReplyDeleteAaaah us Hammers fans, panicking already! Perhaps you really are THAT stupid as to think you cant be match fit on a Wednesday but can be on a Saturday? Fool.
ReplyDeleteBut dont panic, Avram is a good manager and should keep us up, despite the lack of talent in our team.
Finally, I cant believe you're so stupid as to suggest this, but England punishments do not carry weight with the PL, or vice versa, unless it's violence related or cheating. Get your facts right before suggesting unworkable solutions.
Sorry mate but you have succeeded in making Hammers fans look like a bunch of thickos.
And yes, I'm a Hammers fan. And no, I dont think we will beat Chelsea, even with your "solution".
Twat!
Look hammers, we will crush u with or without lamps, its a game not worth turning up for, they may as well give us a default 3 nil win. It would save money for all of us, and give the players a rest. Sorted? I think so.
ReplyDeleteEngland games on Fridays and Tuesdays - what is the world coming to? The wife will change the night of coitus to a Thursday on alternate months when a Friday has an even number for the date next!
ReplyDeleteGreen should be banned for life for THAT goal in the World Cup!
Lampard should not have his hernia operation in the international fortnight. Didn't gerrard do the same thing last season or the season before? That is putting club before country which is what this article is about.
And to all you Chelsea fans gloating, our co owner David Sulllivan has given up on the game already so why are you preening yourselves. You have a better team than us. We know it. Any club could be Champions spending what you lot have spent - except Man City of course! Big deal. So you have destroyed the sense of a truly competitive Premiership by buying your way to success, how incredibly exciting! Your Prem titles are like the little fat bald guy's trophy wife. We know she is only with him for the money but he thinks we should be impressed that he is married to the ultimate full time whore. Nobody cares Chelsea, nobody cares. When you win something with a team of players brought through your youth team, football will sit up and take notice. In the meantime, who cares about a headline that reads, "Chelsea Buy Another Trophy"?
Just got my tickets for the East Upper come on Chelsea.
ReplyDeletedid little old fake chelsea win at upton park last season. no your plastic club were lucky to get a point with a dodge penalty. i cant wait ontil the russian mug fcuks off so chelsea are shite again. score prediction for saturday west ham 2 plastics 1
ReplyDeletechelsea fans making it sound like their taking over upton park ha ha ha ha ha not in a million years. west ham fans always take the piss at stamford bridge and always will do. i dare you plastic chelsea mugs to give it large on saturday i really do. and see what happens.
ReplyDeletethe west ham fans must be scared to death about saturday. the west end rent boys are coming. a warning to my fellow hammers fans. protect your bums.
ReplyDeleteIt was a blessing in disguise. Gerrad and Lampard were able to dictate play without fat boy getting in the way.
ReplyDeleteLampard wasn't playing Stani.
ReplyDeleteAnother Shit, Ill Informed article! what bollox!
ReplyDeleteStruggling with those capital letters still I see! Keep trying!
ReplyDeleteLampard or not, the odds are we're gonna get thumped on Saturday.
ReplyDeleteNobody expects anything less.
Then again, May 2007, Man U 0 West Ham 1 - miracles can happen!
Is Tevez joining us on a one game loan mate?
ReplyDeleteShittest article I've ever read in my life. Ever tried applying for The Sun or News Of The World? You are a born prick, exactly what they need. Why do you even write mate? There's a huge problem in your head. Robert Gree, your shit goalkeeper, started all this England missery in South Africa. He should be banned for life, he should be kicked in the arse by ever England fan on this planet. On Saturday the balls wont stop flying at him, I promise! Drogba will kill him. Chelsea will kill West Ham. Lampard had a f*cking operation, do you think that's funny? Can't wait for May when you get relegated, I'll be the first one to wave goodbye. West Ham, the most pathetic excuse of a football club, haha!
ReplyDeleteload of crap and no substance to this article. Lampard was clearly playing below par and with pain in the stoke game. He needed the surgery, it's not as if it was planned to avoid the Bulgaria game. The west ham match is almost 2 weeks from the surgery and it is reasonable time to be fit for it.
ReplyDeleteSorry, of course, Gerrard and Rooney I meant. I get mixed up. Difficult to tell one serial shagger from the next.
ReplyDeleteSad. No team have won the Premiership without buying expensive players. Happy hampsters fans are as hypocritical as Man City fans and would soon change their tune if a rich benefactor came along.
ReplyDeleteI'd be more worried that you've been saddled with a joke of a manager who knows fark all about football and hid behind 2 decent coaches at Chelsea to gain a reputation as a coach he so clearly doesn't deserve. He'll have you relegated way before the season ends you mugs !
ReplyDeleteN6-N11 East Upper Chelsea boys here all 6 of us come and have a go if you think your hard enough. Champions Champions. Were taking over Upton Parkie
ReplyDeleteu chelsea mugs couldn't fight your way out of a paper bag u mugs. try giving it saturday. i dare u. and see wot happens. u bunch of west end rent boys.
ReplyDeletechelseas plastic fans giving it. hahahahahahaha. go and fight charlton or qpr. their more in your league.
ReplyDeletewest ham own stamford bridge.
ReplyDeleteim not saying we will. but how will you plastic chelsea fans feel if west ham beat you on saturday. i bet you will go and support man u or arsenal or something. or maybe even man city. chelsea this year man u next year. mugs.
ReplyDeleteA lot of the comments on here reflect badly on both clubs. How sad that in 2010, idiots are engaging in sick threats of violence against each other. To the Chelsea fans, I will be contacting the police and forwarding your comments to them. If you are, indeed, in the areas of the ground that you claim, it is my hope that you will be removed if you behave in an inappropriate fashion. No idea if that will happen but I hope so! To the West Ham fans who have responded in such a pathetic way, I am sad that the club has people like you amongst the fan base. It is football, a sport. Grow up all of you!
ReplyDeleteHF if you stop stirring up shite in the first place then this wouldn't happen would it. but anyway its only a bit of good old fashioned banter ffs. grow up man.
ReplyDeleteHF you get this on youtube all the time. its called banter my friend. dont take it so seriously.
ReplyDeleteNot really banter is it? Banter involves wit and humour. All I can see here are stupid threats of violence.
ReplyDeleteYou are gonna contact the police you mug??? ha ha its not illegal to purchase tickets for a football match and when we score we are gonna let it be known. What are the police gonna do???? We have 2 boxes in the Bobby Moore stand so watch out for us there. Muggy hammers
ReplyDeleteI celebrated West Ham scoring in the Tottenham end at White Hart Lane a few years back. A steward politely pointed out that any repeat would see me ejected. I did not make any threats or do anything to encite violence, I simply jumped up and cheered when we scored. Some of the comments on here are deliberately seeing to incite violence. That may be enough to result in ejection from the ground. I hope so.
ReplyDeleteHF can you honestly see chelsea fans causing trouble at upton park. honestly.
ReplyDeleteWe have spent 3k on 2 boxes for us blues so we are helping out our pauper friends. Hammersfan you are a total knob. Champions Champions
ReplyDeletethe chelsea fans are just fcuking about if you ask me. who on earth would cause trouble in the west ham end and get away with it. especially at upton park.
ReplyDeleteIf you have spent £3k to watch a football match, you, sir, are the knob. Very good of you to line the pockets of Gold and Sullivan. I am in no way impressed.
ReplyDeleteHF i dont know why you let this bother you so much. if the chelsea fans are mad enough to cause trouble in the west ham end. then it will be there fault when they get a slap. end of.
ReplyDeleteI disapprove of violence and threats.
ReplyDeleteive heard that when west ham play at stamford bridge later on in the season. that the west ham fans are gonna paint the ground claret and blue.
ReplyDeleteYou are threating me with calling the police. Champions Champions back to the fizzy pop u mug looser
ReplyDeleteHF im a west ham fan and i go to west ham quite abit (not a season ticket holder) but what you need to understand is that east london is a tough tough area. so you need to be able to look after yourself. now i dont go to west ham games looking for trouble. but ive been involved in some on more then one occasion. so it could even happen to you one day when your their. so wot would you do if it did. SCREAM!!! west ham fans are a very proud but fair lot. if you ask me. i should know because im one and i know plenty of them. and with all this talk on here with the chelsea fans saying their gonna take over upton park. well it just aint gonna happen. if other fans come to upton park looking for trouble then they will get plenty of it. but if they dont they wont. ps i dont condone trouble. but im just telling you as it is. ps the trouble i had at west ham was not my fault. i just happened to be in the middle of it. but as im saying it could happen to anyone. so i think you need to grow some balls to be honest. but fingers crossed for you. i hope it doesn't . so you can enjoy the game just like i wanted to. anyway all the best to yer.
ReplyDeleteoh just in case your wondering wot the meaning of my story was. its you saying your embarrassed about some of the west ham fans remarks on this site. the truth is west ham fans take no shit of anybody. dont give them trouble and you wont get none. if you do you will get more then you could wish for. thats why the west ham fans on this site have got their back up.
ReplyDeleteoh just one more thing before i go. thats just my opinion. but as i said i dont condone trouble at football matches and i hope their aint none on saturday so the proper fans can have a good day whatever the result. but hopefully west ham can get a much needed 3 points.
ReplyDelete"If you have spent £3k to watch a football match, you, sir, are the knob."
ReplyDeleteEnd of argument.
2327 I have been caught up in "trouble" before. The comments on here are unacceptable from both sets of fans. It's not as bad as the stuff appearing on the Boards before the Millwall game but I was disgusted that this was allowed by the moderators / editors without condemnation and referral to the authorities. Look what then happened. "Proud", nothing, there are still morons who look for trouble. They are a different breed, a half breed!
