Well Done to the West Ham Process!

Well done to West Ham Process for setting up the survey on the proposed move to the Olympic Stadium. Unlike other "polls", this one is professionally put together. If you haven't completed it yet, paste this link into your browser and have your say.

I don't expect Sullivan and Gold to take any notice of what the fans want of course, but then we wouldn't bother to vote in a General Election if it was based on politicians taking our opinions into account. Support the survey so at least we have an idea what the fans really want.

Me, I want to stay at the Boleyn!

  1. Well, if you're staying at the Boleyn, all the more reason for the rest of us to go to the Olympic.

I hope that's a question on their survey!!

  2. I'm surprised, thought you'd have wanted to stay at White Hart Lane.

  3. cant wait to read your insightful comments about how upson was overlooked as sub for dawson. not that your blog is predictably poor or anything.

  4. Thanks. Completed the survey. We must take this opportunity to move otherwise we'll stay as we are - going backwards.

  5. why do some people want to stay at upton park for. o.k so with been their a long time but if we want to become a bigger and better football club then we have to move. ps i dont see arsenal fans moaning about their new stadium do you. also upton park is a shite hole and the quicker we leave the better. they can bomb that dump then.

  6. simple if you want to be fighting relegation nearly every season then stay at upton park that can only hold 40 thousand at best. or go to a new 60 thousand stadium that brings alot more revenue so we can compete with the best. why do alot of west ham fans lack so much ambition. so wot if with been at upton park for a long time. so wot if we loose our little bit of history (4 cups wow!!!) i want to see my beloved hammers win some trophys before i die. lets make a lot more history in this fantastic new stadium for which is a once in a life time opportunity to make our club great. to make our club grow because we have the foundations for this. we have the fanbase. we have the all of the east end to ourselves. we could become massive. so lets get this 60 thousand stadium and make it happen. come on you irons. ps i will be sad to leave upton park but we have to. lets think big for once.

  7. lets be honest most west ham fans dont even live near upton park anyway. so can i ask a question to all the west ham fans who come on this site. would you really miss upton park the place. not the stadium. i know i wouldn't.

  8. The Olympic stadium move is at the heart of G&S's master plan. It has nothing to do with what the fans want, it has nothing to do with football.

  9. Stani - I've just clicked on your name which took me to your blog. I'm really impressed with it, nicely laid out and a really good read.

It also made me realise what Stani Army meant, I always thought it was a reference to our own Junior!! Do excuse my ignorance.

Anyway, keep it up and Hammersfan, look and learn!!

  10. Wow! Thanks 10:55 . I certainly didn't expect a compliment on here :) You know at first I used to hesitate at leaving the URL for obvious reasons but accidentally did one time. Now I do most of the time and am surprised I haven't had any morons on there. Suppose I can expect them now? :)

Stani Army's a play on Barmy Army. I did think the 'Stani' bit would be linked to Junior on here too! Maybe that's why some haven't discovered what it really means and then used the first half of it against me :) It's been used at games :)

Honestly, I don't think my writing's all that but it's about making your point I suppose. It's tough though which is why I appreciate what HF does with his sheer number of articles. I would have done my own hammers blog but this one would be better so there's no point. Plus I'd not write nearly as much....it'd be more The Game's Gone Lazy than Gone Crazy :) (Terrible)

    Thanks again

  11. I must confess it was news to me too Stani! I've evn left a comment, and I don't do that on blog sites as a rule! Sounds like the News of the World has more revelations for tomorrow!

  13. Yes, I'm full of surprises. I could swear you visited before HF...analytics showed me. Maybe it was someone else. Just in the last month I've had 3 visits from here :)

As for the news of the world, I can't wait! :)
