Sears and Kovac start!

Oh dear God! Sears can't score in the Championship but he is first choice ahead of a Mexican international! No Dyer, well it is Christmas, what do you expect? Turkeys with any sense don't get out of bed at this time of Year! He probably tore a ligament pulling a cracker.

No Behrami or Jacobsen. Why would you recover from injury over the Christmas break exactly? If this lot were pulling Santa's sleigh, he would find them all holding up hooves apologetically on Christmas Eve!

Gabbidon and Ben Haim at full back again. Stanislas on the left, again. Fulham's right back is going to enjoy an easy game! And up front Carlton returns to terrify the Fulham back line whilst Kovac forms an impenetrable wall in front of our back four!

I suppose the team selection could be worse. We could have let the Aussie selectors pick the team!

Anybody feeling optimistic?

    This is another woeful performance 27 mins gone so far and I have not seen nothing to tell me WESTHAM can get anything from this game.

    3-1! Finally a bit of luck for Cole's equaliser, much improved second half, couldn't believe we were in front at half time.

    Stanislas and Sears looked ok in the second half.

    A very handy 3 points but I feel obtained due to Fulham's frailties rather than a good performance from us, but looking at the team a very good win.

    Be fair, after 38 minutes EVERYBODY would have been in agreement withh Essex! We can all be the Wise Men after the event! It wasn't Essex's fault that he turned up at the wrong stable just as the local unmarried tart was giving birth! A virgin birth? How comes you are riddled with siphilis?

    Anon you truly are deluded if you think that was a good performance.Sure there was an improvement in the second half but don't kid yourself mate,tell it as it is.They were two teams there staring relegation in the face.
