Anybody Seen Allardyce?

He's over six foot tall, has an ugly mush and is likely to be eating a pie. Anybody spotted him yet?

West Ham should launch an Allardyce version of "Where's Wally?" Sorry, I forgot, they had to ship him out so Allardyce could get a free run at the pies!

  1. Missing him HF?

Are you gonna be like Dale and put it all on the line? He's said if Big Pam signs he's not renewing his season ticket! Which is bollocks really because he dont go for the football anyway. Plus the swanky new stadium's coming along so I think Iain's stepped in it then put his foot in his mouth.

  4. I read that as well, Stani. To be fair, I like his site as well. HF will have a fit over that, Im sure! Its not as thought provoking as this one, not by a long shot. But its a good read.

Having said that, I read Dale's "threat" and I took it as self rightous drivelling idiocy. Who is he or anybody else to judge a manager of his experience? To say you would rather stay down playing one way than be promoted playinganother is so absurd I think it makes him look ridiculous.

I for one am very happy over this.

  5. The thing about Dale is that he does buy a season ticket each year and he does go to games, unlike HF who doesn't.

  6. A lot of people seem only too ready to condemn the board's decision, but are not forthcoming with who they would prefer as manager from those who are available.

  7. Seen him?? Yeah, I believe Sullivan, Gold and Brady have just 'seen him'.... signing a £1.25M a year contract, with a £1M 'incentive' thrown in (allegedly) IF he gets us back up at the first time of asking!!
I think 'West Ham Sam' has a certain ring to it...don't you HF?!

  8. i reckon you should post a big headline saying west ham will not get promoted next season and go into all the reasons because yet again you are wrong, allardyce didn't go missing, wasn't having second thoughts and has signed up, so no doubt we will win the league if you think we will struggle. my only fear is you think we will do well then jinx it

  9. I agree Dave, and Iain is currently thinking of ways he can backtrack on his comment. And yes, it's a bit bland over there.
