Truly disgraceful. Truly inept. Truly shameful. Life in the coffin? Yeah it was the rats scratching to get out, desperate not to be buried with the corpse of the club they have so disgracefully let down.
Doesn't that second half sum up everything about our pathetic team of gutless, spineless, brainless losers? 2-0 at half time against Wigan and they still contrive to lose 3-2!
Tell me, why have we only played for 45 minutes in any game this season?
Tell me, what exactly does Grant say to the team at half time?
Tell me, what the fcuk was Hines doing on the pitch in such a vital game? How useless was he, and inevitably his losing possession led to the first Wigan goal. And his crossing? Hopeless!
Tell me, why can't Green work out how to line up a wall to cover one side of the goal and then deal with a shot going in the direction we all know it is going in anyway?
Tell me, why did Green try to save that N'Zogbia free kick with both hands?
Tell me, if Parker is Player of the Year, why did he set N'Zogbia for a second free kick in exactly the same spot with yet another stupid mistimed tackle?
Tell me, why was N'Zogbia allowed to cut inside and score that third goal?
Tell me, why did Gabbidon sell himself so easily for the equaliser?
Tell me, why was Cole sent on when we desperately needed a winner?
No, you don't have to tell me, I know. They are hopeless. They are brainless. They are spineless. They are gutless. And they don't give a shit!
Fulham won at Birmingham, Fate gave us our chance and this bunch of disgraceful, incompetent, lame brained cnuts spat in Fate's face and offered up their collective arses for Destiny to bugger.
Let's hear Grant explain this one. I bet he claims the N'Zogbia's free kick shouldn't have been given. He would have a point, but the trouble is, Gabbidon should have seen red for a foul when the last man and Wigan played us off the park for the whole of the second half.
You make your own luck in this world, and this lot couldn't win if betting against a deaf and blind Irishman on an action replay.
Player Ratings: Green 5: Spence 4, Tomkins 5, Gabbidon 4, Bridge 6; Spector 6, Hitz 6, Collison 6, Hines 3, Piquionne 5, Ba 8 Subs: Parker 4, Cole 3
Gold, Sullivan, Brady, Grant OUT!
ReplyDeletewhat the fcuk green 5 i know he made a mistake at the end but he was the erason we didnt go 3-0 down in the first 45 mins and continued this form most of the second half
ReplyDeleteThat f****** whore thinks she's clever writing an article trying to pour water on things before this game because she knew we would be down and shit will fly their way. You don't fool me b****.
ReplyDeleteWhat did we ever do to deserve the curse of these b******* taking over our club?
Excuse my language. I don't usually swear, just save them for special occasions.
You've said it all really HF ,an appalling 2nd half...gutless players and crap manager .Wouldn't be upset to see any one of our squad put up for sale. And as far as that excuse for a manager he has got to walk surely, otherwise the bloody fans will linch him.
ReplyDeleteFred, the freekick goal should have been saved too. He's the only keeper whose dives don't actually make him reach any further. But regardless, we weren't relegated because of today so there's not much point picking out stuff from today's game.
ReplyDeleteSome of the decisions the ref gave today were a joke really. Gab should have been sent off for that challenge, he was really lucky to get away with it. But it was noway a freekick to Wigan which gave them their first. Tomo was being pulled back and set off-balance before he collided with their player (can't remember who it was). Yes, again we have seen the complete ineppness, which is Grants tactics and team building!!! I've been expecting this for a while so I'm not too pissed about it. Although they did have been wondering at half-time. Now we have to put up with the firesale, which isn't going to be pretty, but necessary now... The main thing, no the only thing that has to happen now is getting rid of Grant!!!
ReplyDeleteTodays match didn't relegate us. A truely dreadful season with an inept manager and a team with no bottle whatsoever relegated the hammers. Not forgeting the owners and their lacky who can't keep her mouth shut.
ReplyDeleteTruly disgraceful...totally lost for words, knew this was coming but the manner is unbelievable..Fanno mate keep posting light hearted threads 'cos it's going to be a long dark road back to getting some pride back in the club...The fans, bloggers and WHU hacks are the only people that can keep pride in the club 'cos the players and management don't give a toss..
ReplyDeleteSee Fanno there is a God and he moves in mysterious ways...GRANT SACKED..
ReplyDeleteOn the bright side, we may be waving good-bye to the Premiership but we're also waving good- bye to some of the most useless players ever to disgrace a West Ham shirt.
ReplyDeleteThe last time we got relegated I fretted about losing Cole, Johnson, Carrick, Defoe among others. But this time, there are few I'd care to see in claret and blue again. Good riddance.
And good-bye Avram. Two relegations on his CV. Still, he can claim to be the king of the cup run, if it's any consolation.
The hunt for a new West Ham manager starts in earnest today. Sullivan, Gold and Brady better not botch that appointment again.
Oh, and one other thing that might account for the 2-0 lead at half time (the scratching at the lid of the coffin). Sometimes corpses are known to sit up and belch on the mortuary table. But there's a world of a difference between life and flatulence.
ReplyDeleteOi Fanno you may yet rue the day you chose BBC as a handle LOL...
ReplyDeleteThey were so keen to sack him they borrowed a room at Wigan's ground, so for once our wishes have been honoured. Of course its closing the stable door after the horse has bolted, but at least a quick step in the right direction, and hopefully will give a new manager maximum time to re-build a new squad.
