I know that QPR have just taken our place in the Prem but it looks to me as if their owners are even tighter and more short sighted than ours! As if signing Dyer wasn't a a big enough statement of non intent, they are now considering offering a contract to Gabbidon!
Why stop there? They could have Ilunga and Faubert fairly cheaply, Cole is available to lead their line, Keane hasn't found a new club yet and, unless I've missed something, Upson is still out there somewhere. Hell, go the whole hog and buy Green and Parker!
Yes QPR could nail their place in the bottom three simply be rebuilding West Ham United!
If it makes you feel better slating Rangers you go ahead, I've alot of time for the Hammers, this is our 1st season up for 15yrs and we've boardroom trouble. We will be staying up.
ReplyDeleteGood luck Nxt season - you'll need it.
I would love it if QPR signed all our players from last year.
ReplyDeleteThey would then finish comfortably in mid-table, removing any doubt we might have that the manager was the reason we were relegated last season.

h f we cant do that to poor ole qpr can we i used to love going to watch them play in europe in the 70s they had a good side then a genuine case to be every ones second team so we couldnt do that to em could we ? lol maybe they could get marleen and reo coker aswell that should finish them off
ReplyDeleteonly difference? as much as I hate saying it that 2 faced bastard is a better manager than anything we've had recently
ReplyDeleteI couldn't agree with you more! Steve, a disgruntled QPR fan... Good luck this season, we may well pass each other again in 2012. Cheers!!
ReplyDeleteCouldn't agree with you more, from a not as happy as he should be, QPR fan! Good luck for the coming season, West Ham, hope we don't pass you again in 2012 going in reverse directions, but manage to stay up and play you as 2 Premier Division teams. Cheers:-D
ReplyDeleteput were in the prem and ur stuck in the championship...your team is shit, ur lose Parker, Cole, Upson and Green.... I hope you do a leeds
ReplyDeleteAren't QPR supposed to have wealth behind them with BERNIE ECCLESTONE,BRIATORE and the 20% shareholder MITTAL,supposedly the richest man in football.Talk about tight wads, these guys must take 1st prize.
ReplyDeleteWhy do you want to spoil it HF by warning them? Sshhhh.... Let it happen!
ReplyDeleteSav, you are back! Some of your fans were worried. They thought I had bumped you off and dumped you in the same grave as Stani!
ReplyDeleteI am in Canada on business this week. Really, what have you done with Stani? I have fans ...? It is very hard for me to leave you HF. I mean after you have insulted my country, race and questioned my knowledge of economics ... it is like we are family now. But really, I am worried by the disappearance of Stani. Was he abducted by Rebecah Brooks? Lucky guy if he was!
ReplyDeleteIn Canada! Where, Toronto? Poor Stani, who knows where he is? I suspect that he got so riled by the post about the failure of black players to set Upton Park alight that his head unscrewed and went into orbit. Disappointing if he did go out with a whimper, but people can come and go as they please.
ReplyDeleteMaybe he's seriously ill or passed away. You can be an insensitive d##k sometimes hammers. He brought a lot to this blog whether you admit it or not, clearly obvious from people that've been asking. And it's easy to insult people and get cocky when they're not here isn't it?
ReplyDeleteI insult people whether they are here or not. If Stani has passed away, nothing I say on hhere will worry him. You can't read when you're dead can you? And I'm not denying Stani brought a lot to the blog but it is his call whether or not he keeps doing so.
ReplyDeletePerhaps if you say you are sorry for offending him so often, and assuming he is still alive, he will return. I think it is worth a try. If you do that and he doesn't return I would then be really worried about whether something happenned to him.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I am at Kingston, Ontario lecturing at Queen's University on the stuff you taught me about Economics.
ReplyDeleteReally? I stopped off at Kingston 2 years back when travelling from Toronto to Quebec. Lake. Not a lot else there of note. What are you doing, explaining why the Euro was always going to be a disaster?
ReplyDeleteAs for Stani, I have nothing to apologise for so why would I say sorry?
I am afraid that my wife agrees with you regarding Kingston. This is why she did not come with me this year. I quite like the place.
ReplyDeleteAs far as Stani is concerned, I knew you are not one to apologise or ever admit you made a mistake. But if you at least send him a message (perhaps through an article) he may respond. If not for you, then do it for his many friends on this blog who are looking for him.
Stani's "friends" can send him a message if they want to. I don't mind apologising if in the wrong but we don't even know I have upset him. He is too touchy by half anyway.
