With Brescia relegated and Doctor Evil in need of eight players, might a sensible solution be for Diamanti to return to Upton Park? I'd back him to score 20 goals in the Championship personally, feeding off Piquionne and Nolan.

Diamanti would be very useful in the Championship, but I doubt it will ever happen. I very much doubt he is the kind of player Allardyce is looking for either. But if it happens, I will be happy to see him back.
