Official Site issues panic statement over Cole

One thing's for sure, when a club feels the need to make an official statement, there's something very odd afoot. So, Carlton has turned down the chance to join Stoke. Big deal, why wouldn't he? He is a London lad and a social fellow by all reports. His Mum lives down south and so do all his mates. And Stoke is a shit hole.

So why the panicky need to issue a statement claiming the breakdown in the deal had nothing to do with extravagant wage demands or the deep seated injury that Carlton is reportedly carrying? I smell a rat.

On one hand the statement is saying don't turn on Carlton. He didn't ask to leave. He hasn't held out for a massive salary, just wage parity. He is a valued member of the team.

On the other hand, I have a sense of a smoke screen. There's something dodgy here, mark my words!

What has been confirmed by all this is that Carlton doesn't want to leave and is being forced out. Not many weeks back Gold was telling us that we would lose our England players because they WANTED to leave. Well, that's not true in Carlton's case in seems. And has anybody heard Green demanding a move? Sure Parker wants out but Mr West Ham, our Claret & Blue legend, is intent on playing in the Prem to prolong his England career.

  2. 18:01, I'm afraid Hammersfan is spot on with this one. The official statement on the OS can only be out of panic as there is no other reason to make it. Carlton's a big boy and is perfectly capable of defending himself if he feels the need to (remember Twitter?). They've been ushering Carlton(I don't want to leave)Cole out of the door and when the deal seemed likely to go ahead they lined up Mc'benni's Icelandic cousin Eider No-Gudjonsen. Yes, the little fat gobby one has been working tirelessly to get players..but Out the door and not in as they would have us all believe. They have been trying to unload ALL our Average, high paid players for cheaper versions (same stink, different [cheaper] shit). As usual G & S are transparent and the only mugs that are fooled are the ones who want to be.

The Viking has been put on ice for now, and G & S are panicking because they know that Fat Sam really want's him because he is trying (not even slyly) to reform his (literally) old Bolton team. But if they can't shift Cole then they'll be stuck with both useless bastards. This statement was an attempt at damage limitation and at the same time a clever attempt to pimp Cole's attributes to other potential suitors.

As West Ham fans, while the dildo twins own us, we have to take their shit unfortunately. But come on you fellow Irons let's not fool ourselves.. Apparently, listening to most of you their managing very well by themselves (while everyone else laughs at us). Shame on us!

  3. Sad to see cole get tossed under the bus like this. He stuck w us and hasn't shown any signs of "lack of commitment" like Parker like upson, and like so many others that want/wanted out.

G S are out to make a profit by all means, which utterly kills us fans.

  4. Cole is crap and the owners want to sell him. Nothing wrong with clearing everything up so as to invite other offers.

  5. nobody's disputing the fact 20:55... It's the quality of his replacement that causes concern! This,Coupled with the fact that if some of us mugs can see right through it - then it ain't fooling anyone else! So really what's the f**king point of it? I suspect that not everything is going quite so smoothly as the Dildos had planned and this IS exactly as HF said: PURE PANIC!

Three weeks away from kick off and still can't shift the high earners...As a result can't add to the squad...As a result other clubs are getting the players that Fat Sam wanted...As a result can't shift the season tickets...WHAT A F**KING NIGHTMARE it must be for them...CHEAP PAIR OF BASTARDS!

Three weeks away from KO and we should have more than a nucleus of a team by now. But what have we got? - a few promising kids...A few has-beens...a few more never-have-beens (that refuse to leave)...A couple of might-bes...a couple more almost-weres...one or two don't-wanna-be-heres...a few more kids and Kevin Nolan.

The ONLY improvement made since losing to Wigan is the reduction of the wage bill. While our promotion rivals are strengthening we're still dismantling...what a F**king mess.

You ready to panic yet Headmaster, or are you going to give it another 3 or 4 weeks?
