They sacked Sven and poached Pearson from Hull but what difference has it made? The draw at home to Peterborough last week was poor, and the defeat at Doncaster today was disastrous. Dear God, Doncaster had Ilunga at left back and Leicester still couldn't beat them!
So, the pre season favourites to win the division are now 13 points adrift of West Ham - and we haven't been playing well ourselves. Best of all, given Pearson's treachery, Hull are now 9 points ahead of them!
To finish in the top 2, Leicester now need to take a minimum of 56 points from 24 games. That's one hell of an ask!
We will beat ya when we come to the despot that is e london. Cmon the foxes
ReplyDeleteYou've already lost at Upton Park you twat.
ReplyDeleteTypical L£stah City fan!
ReplyDeleteTo be fair we have been crap ! But I would say that west ham have nailed on that top two spot yet !it's a long season with a lot still to play for for both clubs !
ReplyDeleteTo be totally honest, if we cant beat Donny or the Posh we are well and truly f**ked.
ReplyDeleteNorthernFox
What comes around goes around eh Nige, you treacherous bastard! ;)
ReplyDeleteAS FOR HULL FANS ABOUT TIME YOU STOPPED MOANING YOU SEEM TO BE DOING FINE WITHOUT NIGEL !!
ReplyDeleteAND MAY I REMIND YOU HE WAS EMPLOYED BY LCFC BEFORE YOU MADE A APPROACH FOR HIM ... NO PROBLEMS WITH THAT I TAKE IT !!
OH AND FOR THE RECORD WE DO STINK FOR NOW BUT THE SEASONS NOT FINISHED IN DECEMBER
same old shit stirring west ham fans... one word BORING!!
ReplyDeletenothing interesting going on for them so have to look else where for shit why not look at your inconsistency before ours. Prem team for years?? you will be lucky to scrape out of this league and if you dont you will be the laughing stock of the leagues then bye bye goes the fan base and the world will once again be a better place. dirty upton park i wouldnt sit there for a shit...
Hull approached Leicester asking if they could speak to Pearson. Mandaric said yes. Pearson was not happy and felt unwanted by Mandaric.
ReplyDeleteLeicester approached Hull asking if they could speak to Pearson.
Their chairman said no. Pearson asked the chairman to speak to Leicester.
Hull like any club are able to make an approach to the players and managers... if they are available.
Thanks to Barms Hull are now playing with flair even against the sides who try and stifle that.
I'm sure Nige will eventually get things right for Leicester by getting them to the stage of constantly trying to win games by one goal.
1750, this has obviously touched a nerve! I think you will find that we are 13 points ahead of you in the table. I know we are playing badly, I say so in the article, but unlike your mob, we are winning.
ReplyDeleteC'mon u City Ull!!!
ReplyDeleteWest ham are doing great and fair play but why berate other clubs that aren't even a local rival? Some of us real lcfc fans know money can't buy success
ReplyDeleteHello there
ReplyDeleteWow, what was the thought process behind this one? "I know, I now what'll be clever 'n' that! I'll, like, write a post slagging off another team. A team of which my only point of reference for information is the newspapers." What a clever little thing you are. I am loathe to even comment actually as it gives your blog a sense of unwarranted importance but I just felt I should. We as Foxes fans did not expect to get promoted or walk this league (of course some of our morons fans did but not the majority). I can't speak for Leicester fan but I'm a nice bloke 'n' that, my Mum says I'm special! We are absolutely shot at the moment and I think the feeling of most of our fans is that promotion is a no no but one thing we don't tend to make a habit of is slating other teams for no reason. We're just a bit batter than that. Anyway, I'm a cock and talk very little sense so I'll stop there. Good luck for the rest of the season, I quite like West Ham.

You seem to agree with me RumbleFox so what is the problem? However, if you'd care to check back through the "history" via the panel on the right, you will find that Leicester fans do knock West Ham, indeed they knock the area as well as the team, which is most unfair as many of the local residents do not support the club. Like Leicester, Newham is now a very Asian area, and 98% of the fans who attend games are white. To "tar" the local area when attacking the club is therefore very unfair.
ReplyDeleteBut the point is, I am surprised at how poorly Leicester are performing and that is what provoked the article. I really did expect you to be chasing down a top 2 spot. The last two results seems to suggest that Pearson is no more able to inspire your team than Sven.
