Bloody hell. It's being reported that Rangers have turned down a £7m bid for Jelavic. If this is true, then that's nothing short of amazing. How brave are Sullivan and Gold to make an offer like that whilst we are still in the Championship?
The Dildo Brothers have had their critics - and I am numbered amongst them - but if they are really prepared to shell out that sort of money on one player, without the guarantee of the Premiership's megabucks, and with new financial rules threatened for the Championship, then they deserve huge credit.
Whilst QPR miss out on deals because of an inability to agree terms and are targeting players that they stand no realistic hope of signing, we are apparently competing on a level footing in the transfer market with Premiership clubs.
Of course, the gRs will accuse me of double standards here, as the bid has been rejected, just like the Fernandes bid for Samba. And I have no real defence against that charge. Sullivan and Gold may be playing the same game as the Malaysian, talking big in the full knowledge that they will never have to open their wallets. The difference is that we definitely did bid for Rhodes at a figure that would normally have secured the services of a player in Division 1 and Rangers are willing to part with Jelavic at the right price - and we have met that rumoured price.
So, who needs Fernandes and Mittal when you have Sullivan and Gold exactly?
since you are usually wrong about qpr, i'm guessing you will be wrong again
ReplyDeleteYou do you QPR obsessive numpty
ReplyDeletePs no offence
Hahaha West Ham making bids for players they know they won't sign. hahaha
ReplyDeleteWell-at least you recognised your own hypocricy R's bid £6 million for Samba-knowing that it would be rejected and Hammers do the same knowing that Rangers would reject their bid for Jelavic! Same thing ,is it not? Noticed also that QPR may be spending some more of Fernandes money soon as players are coming for talks and maybe the Brazilian striker too?- though we might have to buy him instead of loaning !! Are the Hammers buying anyone else ? not that they need to in my opinion so maybe the 'bid'for Jelavic was just to show their ambition? Interesting...?
ReplyDeleteWait and see HF , sulivan and gold will bankrupt West Ham if they start spalshing cash like that. Fernandes and Mittal are worth a lot more than your bill ad Ben.
ReplyDeletemy god, your obsession with qpr reaches a new low.. how has your shitty championship club making a bid for a player got anything to do with T.F.... im sure you have heard this a thousand times but here it comes again,,,GET A LIFE YOU SAD LITTLE MAN..
ReplyDelete7m for a sunday league player, blinding. you go for it.
ReplyDeleteYou jellyed imbecile
ReplyDeletewhat a complete banker you are pal, you talk utter tripe .
ReplyDeleteI will reserve comment for two days.
ReplyDeleteSo you have allegedly made a bid which you knew was well below the level that would be acceptable which was rejected - well done, keep it up
ReplyDeletedick
ReplyDeleteLol you are a plank
ReplyDeletethought he was going to Liverpool!!!
ReplyDeleteTenuously tedious QPR sniping for all the (apparent) fans of tenuous and tedious QPR sniping. Cheers.
ReplyDeleteUnlikely that we will sign him but was impressed by the 'Dildo' bros just a bit. Fernandes would'nt have made a difference to our fortunes. Fernandes is just a pretender who will eventually be removed by the Mittals.
ReplyDeleteHaha, amazing read. Amazing because it's a load of tripe. We get it, you don't like QPR. We all know that West Ham fans believe their team to be the best in the world - you won the World Cup and all that. Sure. You breed the best youngsters in the game. Fantastic. Well Hammers fans have nothing to fear then. Looks like you're back on the way to where you rightfully belong, and perhaps Jelavic will help guide you to the silverware you oh so fully deserve. Long live the Irons.
ReplyDelete7million if u believe that then u are a mug
ReplyDeleteWhat a great QPR blog.
ReplyDeleteHope this doesn't come to fruition HF.His international record is shambolic....2 in seventeen or nineteen appearances i think.I'd fancy myself to score a shit load of goals for Rangers in a pub league!
ReplyDeleteAlready signed taiwo, onouha supposedly a definite, and we are also 75% certain to sign henrique, and your trying to say who needs fernandes? they want more than 7m for him and they've already said that so gold and sullivan are the ones big mouthing but not big spending mate don't get jel because fernandes was gonna buy you but realized what muggy pricks the fans were and thought now. stop writing about us.
ReplyDeletewe don't want an opinion from a team in the championship focus on the promotion
*play offs*
It's great to see your obsession with QPR is still flourishing and why you've singled them out in this article I'm sure only you know the answer to.
ReplyDeletePerhaps though you would be better and wiser to wait til the transfer window is closed before you tell us how dismal QPR and in particular Fernandes has done with signings or lack of them if that's the case. Until then Hammer best of luck and keep keeping us up to date with what's happening at Loftus Road, seeing as you know so much about it.
stop talking through your backside mate as usual
ReplyDeleteHe may yet Emlyn!
ReplyDeleteKeep it up bruv it makes great reading!!
ReplyDeleteI would tend to take the comments by anonymous as crap as they dont have the front to say who they are!! LOL
respect!!
Ur'sssssss
Why don't you just reserve judgement until TF has been at the helm for a full transfer window, everybody knows the January transfer window is notoriously difficult compared to the summer!
ReplyDeleteDo you mean to say that Nedum may be abandoning his poor mother in her hour of need? Hasn't she got cancer? What sort of heartless individual would do that?
ReplyDeleteI see there may be a loan signing coming in from Nancy too. How much for Nedum? £3m? I said Fernandes wouldn't spend more than £5m. Let's see how it goes!
you are pathetic and jealous.... your crap has-been club is going nowhere... have fun watching constant long balls while we are watching good football
ReplyDeletewhat shit you spout!bullshit bid for jelavic, gold trying to grab few headlines.you watch them bottle it from the olympic stadium too....too expensive, too far,too big....too AMBITIOUS,,,TOSSERS.
ReplyDeleteI hope they do pull out of the Olympic Stadium! Fernandes might move you there - he is supposed to be a West Ham fan after all. He could rename you Newham Rangers, change your colours to claret and blue hoops and all you fans could be the hammeRs! In time, the two clubs could merge into one and be a real powerhouse in the Third Division of English football!
ReplyDeleteYou've got it in for both clubs I think you really support Brentford & Orient
ReplyDeleteThe most sense made here is by 21.47
ReplyDeleteFernandes is the pretender, he will give i a go but all is in vain. The Mittals wanted total control before he came cams in and only for the F1 trolls wanting a rediculous 100m they would be in charge. Fernandes is only temporary, his connections are getting us air time in the ease, yes i know the mittals are asian too but he is a famous character on those parts. He will indeed NOT spend too much and its only a matter of time before the big guns step in ad then we will be a true force to be reckoned with. Do you think Fernandes picked the the manager, no the mittals did for both warnock and hughes. Its their and hughes pulling power that will bring the right players in not fernandes. I'll say again amit bhatia is key in all this....watch this space!

Finally you've admitted to your obsession with our club. You're jealous that a West Ham fan (with actual money) is going to succeed at a different club. Oh well, shit happens!
ReplyDeleteThere's a new advert coming out about the Hammers, it go's like this "we buy any crap.com" ..
ReplyDeleteagreed with comments about Fernandes and Mittals, Amit Bathia is a QPR fan and the voice behind Mittal.sooner or later Mittals will take over and Amit will be head of QPR.
ReplyDeleteApologies for the poor typing!
ReplyDeleteTyped this while scurrying into work and small mobile touch screens hamper accuracy. Just seems unintelligent when reading it back now! Getting this in before the usual jibes about stupid Rs fans who cannot put a sentence together that appear here from time to time from some (some to reiterate) wh fans!
Till next blog HF!

Fernandes has just shelled out some money and signed nedum onouha on a 4.5yr contract so you can shut up about that now, I don't care how much he spends as long as the squad we have and the signings we make keep us in the premiership.
ReplyDeleteAgreed about amit. In Bhatia we trust. I'd like to point out that every loan signing is an option to buy deal. If we stay up and they've been good we'll keep them.
ReplyDeleteLet's hope they are not commitment to buy deals if you survive, like ours with Robbie Keane. He was so shit, and the price was set so high, that relagation became the better financial option, facillitating as it did wage reductions across the board and the offloading of a whole host of over paid hangers on. QPR took on Gabbidon and Dyer of course!
ReplyDeleteSullivan & Gold have no intention of buying Jelavic. They are just trying to keep Hammers fans happy by making silly bids for players they know that they can't afford.
ReplyDeleteWith the exception of the odd stray Hammers fan like me, you only get QPR fans on here now.
ReplyDeleteWhat does that tell you?
You do! That's why your in the championship.
ReplyDelete1709, there's lots of you "stray" West Ham fans. It's just there isn't a lot of West Ham news at the moment. Why do you come here?
ReplyDeleteIn answer to your question HF, I come on here (very occassionally) to call you a muppet. Bit like eveyone else really.
ReplyDeleteYep, it's very occasional visitors like you that has seen 1,550,000 hits to the site! Thanks for the occasional visits!
ReplyDeleteha ha west ham bidding 7m for someone playing in scotland that's hilarious, you go for it you big spenders
