Well Samba wants to get the hell out of Blackburn, but strangely he doesn't seem keen on joining QPR. In fact, he doesn't even seem keen on joining Tottenham. Instead, the great Blackburn lump has his eyes on Paris, openly inviting a bid from PSG.
Fernandes can offer £15m in the certain knowledge that the offer will not be accepted. Why would Samba get out of the frying pan, only to jump into the fire? And why would Blackburn sell to a rival battling against relegation? No chance.
Bridge is a much more realistic target, but he is crap and a transfer fee won't be involved anyway. Beard has said Rs fans will have to wait for the end of the window, but Unreal City would let Bridge leave tomorrow, so why the delay? QPR's need is urgent. Every point counts. And believe me, Bridge needs a couple of weeks to get match fit. Throw him in straight away and he will cost you three goals in his debut game.
So what about Alex? It wouldn't involve a huge fee but would Alex really entertain such a huge step down? I would be amazed if he didn't end up in Spain, or maybe at Tottenham or Newcastle, both of whom need a commanding centre back. Alex looks right up 'Arry's street to me!
So who will QPR buy? If anybody?
Why all the concern about what QPR are doing ?
ReplyDeleteAny more bitter mate your turn into a lemon - we have Tony the Tiger get over it and be happy with your clowns bernie & Flav mark 2
ReplyDeleteWhat a complete waste of time this bolg is, HF if you have nothing costructive to say keep quite. you really are a bitter little man. Warmnock has gone that was your main reason you disliked QPR now hes gone you can go away back to East London, Cant u accept QPR have a bright future and you cant accept it.
ReplyDeleteWhy do you always post shit about QPR. Jelous Fernandes isn't doing it for your club.
ReplyDeleteI am responding to reports on the net. QPR have been linked to all three players. Beard has said nothing will happen for a couple of weeks. Samba has said he wants to go to PSG. So, what have I got wrong exactly?
ReplyDelete2234, what has he done for your club so far? 4th from bottom last time I saw the table.
ReplyDeletevery embarasing this rubbish you post. Why not choose another prem team like Blackburn Rovers?? they really are in crisis or heaven forbid talk about west ham.
ReplyDeleteFernandes is the real deal!!!
ReplyDeleteHF, get over your bitterness. Think you need counselling as your obsession of Fernandes and all things QPR is getting worrying.
gRs, answer the question at the end! Your chance to predict!
ReplyDeleteIf you like talking about QPR so much can you tell me where your post is about the new training ground they will have at the end of the year? How about the new stadium there looking at building? How about the transfer money we have given Hughes? Oh of course thats all good things that you want to ignore, your a complete smeg head! worry about WHFC dropping out of the automatic promotion place.
ReplyDeleteAlex turns down move to QPR. Wants to quit england. Report in the mirror now
ReplyDeleteEven though you are using facts, you do so with a petty hint or sarcasm.
ReplyDeleteYou must write about QPR more than you do West Ham.
Why don't you just come out and explain why you hate QPR so much, that way we might get where your strange obsession comes from????
Words. Words. When will we see the contracts? Where is this new stadium going to be exactly? What money? None spent so far. I've bid at auction. If your's isn't the highest bid, you don't have to shell out any money.
ReplyDeleteWhy do you care so much about QPR ... what's the story???
ReplyDeleteSo nevermind the fact that Samba already said he'd welcome working with Hughes again? In fact, he suggested selecting QPR over Spurs due to the promise of 1st team football alongside.
ReplyDeleteThe Alex deal is well on it's way - the clubs league position isn't the be all and end all!
It should occur to you that a) it's 2 miles down the road from the bridge and b) we can probably match his wage demands, which no other club around us really can, and c) the ambition of the owners brought in Mark Hughes, so why not Alex?
Alex is not regarded as one of the best - but he's certainly better than anything we've got, and if we stay up and are successful in the Summer, then we could well be heading for a European spot, such is the ambition of the club, as I've just mentioned.
On top of all that, I think Mr Hughes knows a bit more about what players he can attract and for how much than you do, judging by his very impressive list of acquisitions during his career. No, now that Warnock has been relieved, there's a real possibility that - with the quality we do have - we can start getting points, and moving clear of the drop.
Hughes will get the best out of them, where I think the widely acknowledged lack of tactics and real Premiership nouse used by Neil and his backroom staff - in addition to his somewhat disagreeable reputation - was starting to cause us problems.
Rangers have been very unlucky, there's no question, but we've still made silly mistakes, missed golden opportunities to score and failed to capitalise on any set piece we've had almost all season - at both ends of the pitch.
I could go on, but the point is I genuinely feel this was the right decision, and we will get the right players in to help us - whether it's a media-touted name like Samba, or a completely unknown player from abroad.
Time, of course, will tell.
...morning glory...evening disappointment? You are the club I have elected to follow this season in the Prem whilst we keep your place warm in the Championship. ;0
ReplyDeleteEven you must realise that someone like Mark Hughes does not join QPR talking about Championsip football??
ReplyDeleteHe will definitely have money to spend that's a fact!! Getting some of the names mentioned to sign us a different story
Quite right Al, time will tell.
ReplyDeleteHF i agree on WB and would like to thank him on what a great job he did for your mob in getting them were they are now. do one will u
ReplyDeleteyou can only dream of having owners that are transparent and keep the fans informed. also our owners are Billionairs .WHUFC owners are a couple of east end rag and bone men or are they porn dealers. Ignorance is bliss for you HF you will never understand or take in the comments we are making to you.
ReplyDeletewill you eat humble pie if Fernandes is true to his word and of these things begin to happen???
ReplyDeleteUsing a very QPR friendly headline??
Can't wait to read your ramblings when tony does get the checkbook out,Hughes would not of joined us otherwise.laters retard!!
ReplyDeleteUnless Fernandes makes 2 or 3 real quality signings before the end of January then I expect to see QPR relegated. To do that he's going to have to offer silly wages because going to QPR is currently not a very attractive move. relegation battle, playing in front of fairly small home crowds. So big money contracts with relegation release clauses. Time to put your money where your mouth is Tony
ReplyDeleteYES HF "time will tell" so why dont you wait before your write this complete Sh#t. Wait and see what happens then you are well withing your rights to make a comment. your pathetic HF ,you really have no idea about football.your comments are always negative so really your comments are a complete wate of time because they are not balanced. your useless.
ReplyDeleteI wrote one when you appointed Hughes. Check the history.
ReplyDeleteI agree PM! I'm amazed there was no attempt to sign Robbie Keane, with him and Bridge, and Dyer and Gabbidon, they would have 33% of our team from last year!
But you enjoy the debate 2256, that's why you have posted a reply. And a nasty voice in the back of your head keeps muttering that I might be right.
ReplyDeleteThe players we have underacheaved with Warnock ,Hughes will change the tacktiks formation and movment of the team and you will see even without many signings we will climb the table ,with more signings we will be above mid table by the end of the season.
ReplyDeleteWe definitely have a substantial transfer budget for January, otherwise Hughes wouldn't of agreed to take the job. He has alot of contacts in the football world and is also a shrewd operator in the transfer market.
ReplyDeleteWouldn't surprise me if we made a cheeky bid to take Tevez on loan now that his move to Milan has broken down. Think we will get Alex although Chelsea will probably prise more cash out of us before he signs.
Our aim is survival so as long as there are enough struggling teams we'll be ok. Bolton will sell Cahil, Blackburn Samba, Wolves won't spend money and neither will Wigan. Fulham and West Brom (Brunt out for the season)could also lose players. We have also got the best manager out of all those clubs - think we now have a great chance of staying up.
Fair article that one.
ReplyDeleteTake it that was a yes, let's hope you'll be eating a huge slice of humble pie whilst watching the play offs!!
So do I 2301 because there are a clutch of poor teams in the division. You SHOULD be good enough to finish above Wigan, Blackburn and Bolton. But you have that horror run of games at a key time in the season. A heavy defeat on Sunday would burst the Hughes bubble.
ReplyDeleteYou guys seem to be forgetting that Faurlin is out long term and he has been your best player.
we have also just made a bid for Steven Pienaar, so as you can see Hughes is looking at options as he knows they wont all come through, Cant you see your hatred of fernandes is more like Jelousy that he didnt take WHUFC over. How unlucky are u now.
ReplyDeletewe are also very close to a deal with Ealing council for a new taining ground. put that in your pipe an smoke it HF, Soon you will have to admit Fernandes is the real deal and you missed out because of your skint barrow boys.
ReplyDeleteHe had the chance to take us over and couldn't come up with the necessary cash. Think 'Arry's said that Pinnear is going nowhere hasn't he?
ReplyDeleteI hope we've made a bid for Pienar but seriously does anybody believe a single word the Dail Mail says.... do they ever get a transfer rumour right!!!!
ReplyDeleteThe last time I checked, your beloved bubble blowing team of the uncle Sam school of hoofing had NPower championship seen on their shirts. Shut up you tart!
ReplyDeleteBuzaky will slot into Faurlin position or he will get someone in very soon. you can only dream of your team having the money we have.Things are moving fast in the transfer window and u will see we will be bringing in players very soon.
ReplyDeleteThat's not what Beard says!
ReplyDeleteI think we are all looking at the same web sites.
ReplyDeleteHopefully by the time we have to play top teams at the end of the season, Hughes would have acquired quality players and has the team winning games. I don't expect us to roll over and die against the top teams, I refuse to right off those games, I expect us to pick up some points against those teams. All the other teams in the relegation zone also have to play those team, it won't be easy for them.
ReplyDeleteFaulin is a blow however, we can find a replacement. As for the game on Sunday aganst Newcastle, Demba Ba is away at the African Cup of Nations. Newcastle are a much poorer team without him.
Wouldn't surprise me if Villa got dragged into the relegation zone - Bent might be sold and I really don't rate their manager
HF , one thing i want you to start doing. Change your mind set about QPR. Im being polite here so please listen. If your goit to write about QPR change your mind set and think positive, look at the goo things and try and write about that, Its nice thinking positive, it will make you feel so much better. you may go through the day with a smile on your face instead of a frown. Think about it and see if you can.
ReplyDeleteYo HF according to reports i read we spent about 12 million in the last 2 weeks of the last window as well as some substantial wages handed out. it takes a long long time to construct the things they've been talking about and time will tell if they come to fruition. there hasn't been much movement at all yet but I expect it to pick up day by day. also i believe we have a number of deals in place awaiting confirmation, just like last time where we didn't confirm them till the last minute to see how other deals went. we shall see what happens but in this limited window i have seen only good from our owners.
ReplyDeleteTeams like Blackburn and West Ham have owners that have borrowed to the hills to buy the club. Look how much QPR owners have borrowed to buy the club. ZERO, 0, NOTHING,ZIP,SQAT, NAUT, NADO, £0 nice position to be in hey?
ReplyDeleteReally Peter? £12m on who exactly? Barton free, Luke Young free or nearly free, Anton peanuts, Wright-Phillips peanuts to get him off the wage bill.
ReplyDeleterumours are Tevez is on his way to QPR on loan, HF isnt if fun being a QPR fan , bet you want to join us and buy hooped shirt...
ReplyDeletebarton free but large wages, wright philips is 4.5 millionn, anton was 4 million, luke young and traore were undisclosed does not mean free. i assume the 12 million quote included the 1.25 for dj campbell. it was in the metro i believe when the window closed. it makes sense. the number may differ but it was the most money this club has ever spent. especially in two weeks. i will remain optimistic until proven wrong at their attempts. if you believe the reports there are bids going left and right.
ReplyDeleteWhy are you so concerned as to what QPR are doing....are you not a west ham fan.......weird.
ReplyDeleteI believe in you hf - I believe you have a heart, I believe you are a human being, I believe you love your wife and I believe you love your kids. I also believe your parents loved you too, so turn that frown upside down and smile.
ReplyDeleteWell first to all you stupid hypocritical dum ass qpr fans get lost if all you do is hurl insults around instead of coming up with a decent argument and HF not sure if youve been on the org latley but someone made a very good point that fernandes is doing exactly what are icelandics done and is handing out massive wages to average players and IS NOT USING HIS OWN MONEY he has been taking loans from the bank. Anon 23:32 fernandes paid his own money to aquire your club but any money and wages hes spent is fro mtaking out loans from the bank a very bad mistake for a club fighting relegation whereas it was the icelandics not SUGO that borrowed money to buy us so i think you should piss off
ReplyDeleteI am a QPR supporter with a number of close friends who support West Ham. They are top blokes; we share a genuine passion for football, a healthy respect for each other, and a sound knowledge of the game beyond our respective clubs.
ReplyDeleteTo a man they all think your obsession with QPR (and in particular Fernandes) has gone way beyond what is acceptable; to the point where they no longer consider you a genuine fan of West Ham football club.
If you want your site to be taken seriously and gain the respect of your peers, I strongly suggest you forget about Fernandes and concentrate on West Ham.
When are your annual accounts published?
ReplyDeleteSad.
ReplyDeleteFOAD
ReplyDelete00:26 "turn that frown upside-down" hahahaha brilliant.
ReplyDeleteDave says,
ReplyDelete01 43- spot on. HF is an embarrassment to West Ham, not that i'm entirely sure that he is West Ham by the way. I see nothing supportive or positive in anything he writes about my team.
As he is incapable of it himself, can I apologise for the way he is, and wish you all the best for the rest of the season. As you and your West Ham mates will know there is no antipathy between us and this fool won't stir it up.
And HF- a word before you come back with one of your usual monotonous comebacks. I do still go on this site partly to be entertained- it can occassionally be fun. Mostly though it's to counter the shite that bilows out of what passes for your mind in the hope that you won't tar us with the same brush as yourself in the eyes of other clubs' fans.
"Wouldn't surprise me if we made a cheeky bid to take Tevez on loan now that his move to Milan has broken down."
ReplyDelete"rumours are Tevez is on his way to QPR on loan"
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!
Are Grrrrrs fans the most gullible in the country? First they get wound up by HF's blog and spend all their time on a WHU fansite and secondly they believe stuff like the above! It beggars belief.
Mate you are embarrasing and so obviously jealous of QPR oving onto bigger and better things. Meanwhile you lot are getting done by Millwall!
ReplyDeletess news... another club in running for tevez????
ReplyDeleteyou can't blame hf can you? - the averages are much higher when he slates QPR - 57 replies on this post alone is bread and butter to him. He doesn't get anywhere near enough replies these days from hammers fans as they obviously know what he is up to.
ReplyDeleteBut you can't stop yourself 1812 even when the thread is about QPR!
ReplyDelete60!
