So Samba has officially requested a transfer. That will cost him a slice of the transfer fee, but with his eyes set firmly on PSG, that won't trouble him too much as they have the money to give him a big golden handshake and a tasty salary into the bargain.
QPR fans will be hoping that the Hoops might yet plunder Samba from the team that sit one place above them in the table, but that seems unlikely on a number of counts. Firstly Samba has his heart set on a switch to Paris, secondly Spurs urgently need a centre half and offer much better career progression than relegation threatened Rangers, and thirdly, Blackburn will almost certainly refuse to sell their captain to prime relegation rivals. You just wouldn't do it would you?
Alex, of course, has also submitted a transfer request but that deal doesn't seem to have edged any closer to completion today. He is keen to leave Chelsea but not so keen, it seems, on joining Rangers.
Or maybe Fernandes is still refusing to offer the £4m Chelsea are looking for. In which case, he is buggering the gRs around. If he can't find £4m to fund a replacement for Gabbidon, you have to wonder at his commitment or genuine wealth. I'm not suggesting that he is poor here, but he may not be rich enough to chuck money down the toilet!
u talk more about QPR than u do west ham,When u first started this web site try to remember what it was for, Two words spring to mind BELL and END.
ReplyDeletelooks like west ham fans have given up on you and the only way u can increase your number of hits is Pi#sing off QPR fans,I bet you watch the counter as it goes up and i bet you Knob goes up at the same time.
ReplyDeleteCould it not be that Samba wants to work with Sparky again as it was him that took him to Blackburn. I am not saying he will come to the rrr's but lets just wait and see shall we.One thing is for sure he is too good to become an iron.
ReplyDeleteI'm a lifelong Rangers fan and I like your blog. It makes me laugh because if you can't laugh at yourself occasionally you are in trouble.
ReplyDeleteMany a true word was said in jest and I think its true of you Hammers Fan.
Up The Irons ! Stay up Hoops!
PS splendid blue & white hooped bog! I noticed it's portable, so it wont have to be stayin' in one place too long. Just go to whoever feeds it the most crap and desperately throws the most paper at it I guess?!
not the only owner. don't question the personal wealth of qpr's owners. now if they will use it is another story
ReplyDeleteLOL Very good JRH - Did you shoot Sue Ellen Warnock?
ReplyDeletenow now lets not talk about wives now.
ReplyDeleteI got this feeling you prefer QPR fans to west ham fans,
ReplyDeleteWhat you say is spot on JefRowHoop this blog is very good, love the humour and thats why I twitter this when I see a blog about us! Theres no point taking things too seriously and with things the way they are its better to be laughing than crying!!
ReplyDeleteKeep it up Hammersfan!!
Ur'ssss
Cheers guys. I don't have a problem with QPR fans at all, although the gRs make me laugh. Prefer them to West Ham fans? It depends which West Ham fans. I grew up with West Ham fans who were articulate, amusing and self deprecating; sadly, the new breed think they are extras on the Green Street movie - gobby, obnoxious, aggressive and lacking in style. You can tell the "old breed" and the "in bred" by the quality of comments on here.
ReplyDeleteSadly, quite a few hooped brothers seem to have been mating with their sisters given some of the neaderthal nature of many of the gRs's replies. But the real Rs, those who remember Bowles, like those who remember Brooking, I would gladly have a pint with before a game. Who knows, I may come along to the Bush to take in a Premiership game before the season ends and would be glad to meet up in a pub for a few before / after the match.
Dave said,
ReplyDeleteAnonymous at 18.01- you are spot on- the only posts he gets responses to relate to other teams cos less and less West Ham can be bothered with him.
I've been coming on here for a couple of months, but have just been getting more and more peeved with the ever predictable shite that he constantly posts.
I've had enough HF's incessant negativity, constant posts about other teams, sensational headlines that lure you in to stories that then tell you fcuk all. Last night's cruise ship post which HF would call funny, but most of us would call sick was the final straw for me.
So that's my lot HF. Bye bye. I'll keep out of your way and stick to proper West Ham blogs in future.
Good luck to the R's by the way. As I've said before I hope you stay up and we meet in the Premiership next season.
See you soon Dave, no doubt under an anonymous handle.
ReplyDeleteWho are the grrs and does that make you a shammer?
