H.T. Posh 0 West Ham 0 - Someone Tell Allardyce we HAVE TO WIN!

Surprise number one. We set up 4-5-1. Surprise number two. Peterborough had the better of the first half. Surprise number three, with Cole as the lone striker we haven't looked like scoring. Surprise number four, the score is 0-0 at half time.

This is a game we HAVE TO WIN. This is a game against a team in the BOTTOM SEVEN of the CHAMPIONSHIP! This is a match we should be winning comfortably if we are serious about returning to the Premiership. This is a game we should be set up to WIN, not to contain.

But Peterborough have hit the bar and Peterborough have had a penalty claim turned down and Peterborough have missed an open goal and Peterborough have had a shot cleared off the line and Peterborough finished the half pressing and Peterborough have had more shots on goal and Peterborough have had more shots on target and Peterborough have shaded the possession.

Another pathetic 45 minutes of clueless Allardyce football!

  2. You should know that nobody can tell Allardyce anything. Why did we buy Morrison ? Baldock ? and is Demel the 'new' Dyer ? When will that other 'slow', Diop, come back ? What is O' Brien ? We are simply the worst team at playing good football I have ever seen - I'm just not interested any more. Stupid stupid stupid Allardyce and his stupid stupid stupid 'methods'.

Does anyone care - I can't be bothered anymore.

  4. West Ham fans singing "We're West Ham United, we play on the floor"! Always the masters of self deprecating irony.

More shots on target. More shots. More corners. Much more possession. More goals. All stats in our favour.

It's the stats at the end of the second half that matter HF, so why not wait til then otherwise you make yourself look like a numpty.

Maybe that was the cunning plan. Bore the opposition, let them think we are on the ropes a la ali in the rumble in the jungle then hit them when they least expect it. It is low risk -we haven't lost in eleven now-and you look like a div if it results in seven draws in ten games. Oh and it is lousy to watch but ultimately the financial penalties of failure mitigate against expansive football especially with strikers like ours. Two scored but another hatfull missed.

  9. Let's see who looks like a numpty Anony-Mouse. We were playing a team seventh from bottom in the table and first half we didn't test the keeper. God only knows what would have happened if the shot that hit the bar in the tenth minute had gone in or if we had fallen behind in the last seconds of the first half! Some of us believe we should be dominating this sort of opposition for 90 minutes, not 45!

  10. As long as we stay down then heaven forbid no one can call you a numpty HF. Fingers crossed - eh?

Poor reposte HF. Of course teams are going to create chances. We hit the post against Watdord, Donny and Burnley- I don't remember you giving Allardyce the benefit of the doubt then by saying what might have happened if they'd gone in. Tell me if I'm wrong.

At half time you called it as a 'pathetic 45 minutes of clueless Allardyce football". Maybe so. Well second half by all accounts we were terrific. Are you going to man up now and give him some f*cking credit for that or are you just going to be your usual self and credit anyone else apart from the manager himself.

And don't tell me Peterboro are that crap - they deservedly beat Reading last week and you have that lot down for automatic promotion. You do still have them down for that don't you or have you changed your mind on something fundamental again?

  13. LOL Poor reposte? We have won a game at long last after chucking away points from five winnable games. Suddenly you want us to kneel down at the altar of Allardyce for winning at a stadium that hold 11,000 against a team seventh from bottom in the Championship? How low are your expectations? SEVEN other teams have beaten Peterborough on their own ground so it is hardly the fortress you seek to suggest by quoting the Reading result. The Royals had an off day, big deal. How many off days have we had recently?

Hopefully we can now build on this but are you confident going in to the Reading game? We should be pissing all over this division but we are not in an automatic promotion place with 7 games to go!

You're never on good form when we win are you HF? Can't imagine why.

I don't remember asking anyone to kneel at Allardyce's altar. But I am supportive of our manager- that's not the same as sucking on his d*ck HF. It doesn't have to be all or nothing like you make out- he's a c*nt or he's a god. There's a big range in-between which those with perspective can see.

You lack grace and humility- you can't bring yourself to give him any credit whatsoever- a man who until the last few days you wanted to stay as manager. So call me what you want- the words of an inconsistent rabble rouser just bounce off my big fat belly.

Finally your disrespect for Peterboro and f*ck knows where it comes from belief that we 'should be p*ssing all over this league' explains why so many fans in this league think we are ignorant, arrogant, big time charlies.
