Reading Victory Spells Big Big Trouble

When I posted on here that we had to hope for a Millwall victory today, some tribal idiots took issue with me. Well those fools should look at the table now and consider the implications of Reading having taken 18 points from the last 18. As I write, Southampton are winning at Leeds, so the pressure is mounting. Lose or draw at Cardiff tomorrow and we will feel the hot breath of the Royals on the nape of our necks and could find ourselves looking at the arses of the Saints wiggling in delight as Southampton disappear up the road ahead of us.

Worrying days indeed, and after it all looked so good following that victory at Blackpool. Let's hope we are not jet lagged after the ill advised Middle Eastern jaunt when we rock up in the principality, and that Cardiff are suffering a major hang over after the crushing disappointment of the penalty shoot out at Wembley.

We can hope, but I wouldn't have money on it!

  1. HF why the naked women again? surely younger than your wife and perhaps even younger than your own daughter.....

You claim not to be racist but you certainly don't mind a bit of sexual discrimination, denigration and the sexual objectification of women.

Is it because they can't fight back?

These pornographic pictures have nothing to do with blog posts for which they grace.

Seems to me that it's any group of society that you don't have a lot of time for, and perhaps even hate as the misogynist that you so obviously are.

  2. There me thinking we're only a point behind Southampton with a game in hand.... must be worse than I thought

  3. Im starting to think this is the Saints destiny. They were outshot more than 3 to 1, and the way the text updates read Leeds were the better side all day. Yet they won.

  4. Mysogynist? Because I feature women's bottoms? We all have them and I happen to think that women's are better than men's. It seems you disagree! Still, I'm not going you criticise you for that 1837, I'll leave that to Mr Morrison!

  6. two games in hand and 3 points - Mr Negative and I have to agree with 18:37 you're a dirty old pervert and obviously not adverse to a bit of racial and sexual discrimination.... your female family members must think you're a right laugh.

  8. I worry about some peoples maths on here. If you look at the table West Ham have two games in hand on 61 points. Saints are on 65 with a goal difference 11 better. So win one game and draw the other and Saints will STILL be top of the table.

Reading have done a fantastic job in closing the gap right up.

It's going to be tighter than a duck's backside.

  9. 19:51, why cant you see West Ham going up? Maybe you hate us and dont want us to go up. Thats fine. Irrational hatred is part of the game. But logically, reasonably, Im curious what you mean. Because the table still favors the top 2.

  12. 21:30, Reading are not a good run they are torid. Six straight wins. But that is just as likely to mean they are playing as well as they can and are going to slow down. Birmingham looked unstoppable a few weeks ago.

Im worried too. But we are always worried supporting WHUFC. Slow and steady usually wins these long races. I still like our chances.

  13. Reading aren't just 18 points from the last 18 points, they are 39 from the last 48 having won 13 of theIr last 16 games.

  15. It's not going to happen people what are you all panicking for? Southampton and Reading play football and we all know that you can't get out of this league playing football you need to battle then when you get promoted you can miraculously start playing football again So Keep Calm Reading and Southampton will soon pay the price for entertaining their fans

  16. Reading fan here. Can't see us dropping points at the moment and I'm usually a pessimistic bar steward. Out defence is rock solid and we are great at soaking up pressure and hitting people on the counter. We have three cup finals to come though - you, Saints and Birmingham. All of which are away! Good luck for the rest of the season anyway.

  17. The table favours the top 2 does it I think you will find Cardiff were second this time last year what happened to them then and I don't hate the hammers I just believe Southampton and reading are better teams
