Birmingham Appoint The Wrong Clark!

So Lee Clark has finally been appointed. His kids leaked the news apparently but everybody knew anyway, didn't they? Poor guy looks to have one hell of a job on his hands. He was unlucky to be shown the door at Huddersfield but you have to wonder if he has the experience and ability to turn Birmingham around given the shenanigans in the Board Room. It's not mild mannered Lee Clark they need, but Clark Kent!

Don't you worry about us mate. Birmingham City will keep right on as always. I'd concentrate on a season of toil and struggle in the Premier League; I suspect your team will have enough problems of its own without concerning yourselves about little old us.

  2. Yea you will probably stay up by cheating again fielding ineligible players and the FA bootling it by not sending you down by docking points

  3. as a brum fan you must realise how big we are hammer idiot. We have already sold 4,200 season tickets and most games are sell outs at St Andrews. Lee Clark will be fine at a club as big as we are. Spammers going down

  4. Spammers are a shit club. Brum are a real club with real loyal fans unlike you cockney tossers

    1. We had the highest individual gate and the highest average attendance in the championship last season. In addition, our average gate actually improved after relegation whereas yours dropped by a couple of thousand. In what way, 16:15, are Birmingham fans more real and loyal than ours you moron?

  7. Unlucky to be shown the door at Huddersfield? Really? He was given over three years and superb backing by the chairman, allowed to bring in over 40 players (including loans) of his own choice and yet he never seemed to know his best starting 11. Some players were dropped after one mistake but others kept their place in the side despite repeated poor performances. The famous "unbeaten run" included far too many games drawn from a winning position with too much emphasis on not losing, rather than winning.

I do wish him luck, and will be extremely interested to see what he can do with limited funds and maybe even a continued transfer embargo. I don't think he'll find a more sympathetic board than he had at Huddersfield and I predict that he will find it difficult.

Things did seem to go downhill for Clark after Fazackerley went to Leicester so hopefully being reunited will strengthen his management team.

Oh dear, the poor old Chinese Takeaway that is Brum Football Club. You managed to drive Sullivan,Gold and Brady away and ended up with a fraudster ( allegedly ) from Hong Kong Phooey.

Just keep right on to the end,and don't bother coming back.

  13. By the way, for those who are not used to the pathetic trolling, the guy here pretending to be a Blues fan is in fact "drakesbum" from the Bham Mail forums. He spends 24/7 on the forums trolling the Blues news articles trying to be funny, he uses multiple usernames and has been banned numerous times. I imagine him to be in his late 40's, single, still lives with Mum and sits at his computer in the same y-fronts all week. He keeps going on and on and on about villa winning the European cup but his biggest mistake was when he proclaimed that Ron Saunders was their manager when they actually won the cup.

    Drakesbum, it was Tony Barton!
