Warnock's Wheels Coming Off At Leeds!

The Leeds fans are falling over themselves to lick Warnock's balls but one look at the table tonight should make them stop and think. True, Snakeinthegrass demanded a move, but the disillusioned former captain apart - and he's no world beater - the squad has been remodelled according to the former QPR and Shafting United manager's wishes. But to what avail exactly?

Tonight after a 2-1 defeat at Cardiff thanks, deliciously, to a penalty won by West Ham reject and former Whites' target Nicky Maynard, Leeds sit in ninth place in the Championship table, and they will almost certainly sink lower after tomorrow's game between Leicester and Wolves. Whatever the result - a low scoring victory for Wolves apart - one or other will climb above Leeds; and Wolves are currently second from bottom in the table!

Leeds fans will cry "Too early to see any significance in the table" but that is cobblers. Blackburn, Blackpool, Cardiff and Forest  have established early superiority and will finish in the top six, so that means there's only two potential promotion places up for grabs already!

Look at the results Leeds have achieved so far and they scream mid table mediocrity. The narrow victory over Wolves looked good but has been put into context by the newly relegated club's subsequent results. Peterborough look doomed already so the victory at London Road looks no big shakes. The draw at home to Blackburn Rovers was a fair result because the Battery Farmers will go up as Champions, whilst the defeats at Cardiff and Blackpool show that Leeds will fight bravely but lack the necessary quality against a half decent team. I warned before the season kicked off that Leeds could be in a relegation place after five games. I was wrong. Leeds are a massive two points above a relegation place!

Of course, Master Bates will be blamed for this, but Leeds fans have defended Warnock's signings so they must accept serious judgement errors if things do not work out as they hope. Old Big Gob has built his own team from front to back, so if it misfires, he must carry a large proportion of the blame. End of.

Where were Leeds in the table when Warnock took charge? Was it seventh or eighth? And where are Leeds now? Ninth. Doesn't bode well does it?

Given all the fuss concerning the take over and the fanfares following Warnock's appointment, the Royal Shakespeare Company will be performing a one off show at Elland Road soon - and after considering, and rejecting, A Midsummer Night's Dream, they have settled for now on Much Ado About Nothing! Mind you, come next Saturday it could be Twelfth Night and the week after, A Comedy of Errors!

  4. All irrelevant as I have it on good authority that the takeover will at last be completed by Tuesday.all due diligence sorted and Warnock will have a war chest of £10m. Watch this space....I'm never wrong

  6. West Ham, 7th in the Prem. Lost one less game than Leeds have lost in the Championship. Bet you would like to swap places!

So it's Takeover Tuesday now? Can't wait! And a £10m warchest when the window has closed! Brilliant! Tell me, who is your authority? I've had it on good authority that the takeover was happening every day since the beginning of July!

  7. Are you seriously saying were gonna be relegated after just 5 games! The only games we've lost were against two teams who will probably be battling for top 4 finishes come the end of the season. So really to be ninth after 5 games 4 of which were good teams and
with the budget we've got, shows that warnock actually is doing a good job so far. So why don't you write a report on the team you supposedly support for once!

  8. Where do I say you will be relegated? You won't be promoted! There's a prediction!

  10. Your concern and support of the mighty whites is touching....really

But i feel sadness that you need to spend more time talking about a team you don't support than your own team

    Maybe consider counselling ?

  11. Here's another prediction dog turd, your club is going to be relegated this season. I see you've been having a go at Liverpool and another go at Watford while you're out of the country. I take it you'll be moving house if you come back? It just takes one idiot like you to incite trouble. You can't stop yourself now though, can you? It's a compulsive personality disorder you suffer from. An example of the trouble one or two lunatics can cause can be seen across the middle east at the minute. Of course your incitement is minor compared to that, but nevertheless you're either going to get arrested or injured, if you keep going. Even your fellow w,ham fans are sick of you.

  12. Hammerhead, its 5 games into the season. Get a clue you fool. You think you can work out 4 of the playoff spots now.?? There are 41 games remaining. Go have a wank in celebration of the bore draw you got at Norwich.

  13. You talk absolute shite. You've produced this article on the back of Leeds losing away at Cardiff, a place we've not won at since the eighties. We're four games into the season you halfwit, I suppose that's the be all and end all of Leeds this season as we've lost away games at Cardiff and Blackpool. Better write this season off boys, some cockney helmet who doesn't watch us says so. Cheers for the heads up mucker.

  14. Sorry, I think someone needs to talk a bit of sense here. A few more realistic predictions for you:

    Leeds WILL finish mid table
West Ham WILL get relegated (sorry mate, look at the run of games you've had compared to teams like Southampton who yesterday aside have played much better football. The league table at present means absolutely nothing I'm afraid)
Oh yes, and the takeover WILL NOT be completed by Tuesday (I'm fairly sure my 'authority'' is better than yours 2144 and have a feeling you're gonna be wrong this time).

  15. A little harsh. I don't think Warnock got all the players he wanted and is the first to admit that th squad is thin. He wanted another wide player to replace Snodgrass and another striker. For whatever reason that didn't happen but if we had got some quality in those areas we would be different team. I think it has been a difficult start for us, not only in terms of the teams we've played but the lads are still getting to know each other. Unless we get some serious money in, I think we will be finishing mid-table and I can't see a promotion charge.

  16. Managed to watch a bit of the WHU v Leeds Parent club yesterday. WHU play a lot of hoof ball don't they? Almost every opportunity they get it goes long in the hope that Cole could get on the end of it. Not much quality there for the WHU purists!

Cut off his cock cos' he wanted a fanny,

Suits him fine cos he's a southern rent boy.

  18. Scott Tracey you fit in fine with all the spastic gobshites who write the Leeds Utd blogs. Sad bastards who wished they were journalists but really work in the warehouse at Asda. And probably all pedo's too.

  19. Dear Sir,

    You are a wankstain.

    Good day.

  20. For once I have to agree with you. Yesterdays performance was fucking pitiful, I couldn't even tell you what the Cardiff keeper looks like. We are conceding as many goals as usual & we have nothing going forward. Games v Hull, Forest, Bristol City & Bolton coming up after that we'll see exactly where we are (I can tell you...bottom half of the table). You're still a c**t though!

    ReplyDelete
  21. If you want to judge us you goon do it this time next week after 2 home games against hull and forest with played against some good outfits and are going steady will be up there end of the season and you'll be crying into your jellied eels

  22. Funny how you never respond to comments that either incite a debate or completely burn you. You always seem to respond to poor grammar or inaccurate figures. OMG LOL IT'S YOU'RE NOT YOUR WTF LEEDS EDUCATION SYSTEM MUST BE SH!T!11!!1 Really sums you up as a person.

You say you've lost one less game than Leeds, that is of course virtue of you playing 1 less game in total.

I don't think you've had to play the top teams in your opening sequence of games have you? You got played off the park yesterday, and on any given day that could have been 4 or 5 nil.

You say Blackburn draw was a fair result. Just shows how deeply ignorant you are as to what is going on at our club, both on the field and off it. Should have been 3 points but alas, lady luck turned her back. I won't lie I enjoy reading this 'West Ham blog' because of the bile you spew, and of course the aggressive comments. As when it comes to off the pitch matters you really no nothing about our club's politics, the sense of hatred towards the chairman, ridiculous pricing and non existent transfer policy.

I know you have a constant hard-on over Neil Warnock, but stop talking nonsense. We are playing a lot better football than under Grayson, any fan who goes can see that. If he was financially backed we would be really challenging, and it's no matter what you say, it's too early to gauge. Peaks and troughs: 5 games of 46 down.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Hammersfan, if Wolves can jump from 23rd to 9th with a win today how can the league table possibly not lie after 5 games? Once again you clearly demonstrate that you know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about football. I've just been looking at a couple of your other recent posts. The 'season defining' game at Norwich and how the season could go 'one of three ways'. That shpeel about Allardyce. What a load of absolute rubbish! What's pathetic is I don't think these posts are tongue in cheek or put on here to entice the idiots above but are actually the genuine views of Hammersfan.

  24. I concur with the majority of LUFC supporters in that you have a personality disorder of some form.

It is apparent that you only comment when your supposed team manages to obtain 1 or 3 points in the league otherwise your silence is resounding.

As most fans are fickle and being a WHU follower you should realise that you are indeed no better then the common football hooligan because you sit behind your computer screen inciting trouble and promoting hatred.

I'm bewildered as to what your agenda is but I shall attribute this to you being socially deprived in some fashion.

I understand geographically Leeds is abit of a way for you to travel to see LUFC, let's face facts you are infatuated beyond belief with LUFC.

  25. totally agree with you apart from the fact Warnock is in any way to blame, his plan agreed with the poison dwarf was to completely rebuild the team, as usual, when it came to the crunch of actually spending money to get in the decent signings NW wanted the little gobshite decided his bank balnce need the money more so we're left with a threadbare team. another season of absolute meiocrity i'm afraid. Takeover tuesday? don't make me laugh; i notice your correspondent didn't say which Tuesday or which year. Hope you're enjoying your time in Rumania, just don't start a blog about Steaua as you liable to get shot, being as they're the army team with no-one to shoot at --- YET !

  27. Every time you write a blog about Leeds, you prove how embarrassingly irrelevant West Ham are,
you search for results and write about a club greater and more famous than your own. But hey, Northern England has always been greater than the south. BTW when does the annual London burning start this year, you’ve missed the august anniversary from last year
