Well done GianFredo! It's true that Leeds were reduced to nine men and that Warnock made life easy for Watford by announcing his tactics 48 hours before kick off, but Zola's men were inspired today.
Maybe, just maybe, Zola is finding his feet in management. Maybe his borrowed team have more about them than I realised.
Last season Reading thumped nine man West Ham 3-0 and that was the catalyst for their great unbeaten run. Maybe, just maybe, Zola's Watford could be going places!
But doesn't big Sam announce his tactics in advance? We all know it's bang it long to the big men.
ReplyDeleteBlimey,steady now.
ReplyDeleteFinally a positive comment on the glory boys although you have still tried to put in a few cheeky digs.
ReplyDeleteJust a word on the ''borrowed team'' we announced that we will be signing everyone we want that's currently on loan in perm deals come January. This is not a Udinese team, this is a Watford team, the loan was just to make it easier to get them over on short notice.
well done watford,i know you have had your own bad luck in some recent games so i guess its evened itself out(although i think you would have bet us either way)-good luck for rest of season.

Omg, hammers fan are you feeling alright .... A compliment (of sorts) for Watford.
ReplyDeleteGERRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRDDDDDD!
ReplyDeleteMust haunt you.
Karma for all the nasty comments Leeds fans have left for you. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.
ReplyDeleteThis is truly crazy!
ReplyDeleteA positive thing about Watford (with no sarcasm), I Echo above statement, you feeling ok!?!
We were playing well even before the sending off & was leading 1-0.
Get yourself to A&E! Think you've got a whack to the head!
28 out of 34 hf must try harder in your own fantasy league - Stani in first place!
ReplyDeleteSeems like some people know more about football than others.
Absolutely robbed by inept refereeing against M'boro & Cardiff and consequentially at least a point lost to a very fortunate Blackburn due to a severly weakened team ... Do the maths, rightfully 2nd place is ours. Not that I am at all worried we are only just starting to play as Zola wants and we still have plenty more time... and plenty enough of it for Vydra to usurp Charlie Austin with more quality, quality finishes.
ReplyDeleteSee you on the upside ... that's if you can stay there.
For all you Watford Fans who think Hammersfart is giving your team praise then wake up.
ReplyDeleteIts just another tedious anti Warnock outburst this time done in a slightly less obvious way
This blogger has a pathological obsession with Warnock failing.
Fair enough though, Warnock is a wanker.
ReplyDeleteNot only did we spank Leeds but l*t*n lost and dropped out of the play iff spots. The future is bright.
ReplyDeleteWatford didnt spank Leeds
ReplyDeleteThey spanked 9 man Leeds!
22:26 be fair he's 22 out of 34 now unfortunately for him Stani is still first - tee hee hee
