Now Tell Sheffield United To Take A Running Jump!
So why exactly are we paying Shafting United £25m exactly? We have now been cleared of further irregularities and a fine was levied for the original misdemeanor. Come on Duxbury, give an interview to explain what looks like a f*** up to end all f*** ups! My suggestion is that we now tear up our "out of court" agreement and invite that sh*thouse McCabe to see us in court. Once that is out of the way, I'd tear up Duxbury's contract too!
I am sure a longer and more considered response is appropriate but I am back from a game of footy, a few too many pints and have to be up at six tomorrow to get to Lords for what I hope will be another brilliant day for England!
And that is exactly what's going to happen IMO as there is no way that our new board are going to honour the agreement with Sheff Utd as this agreement to pay them compo was on the basis that West Ham were found guilty of "further wrong doing" but as West Ham have now been found not guilty of "any further wrong doing" then McCabe can go and whistle as that pretty much makes Lord "I was very very drunk at the time" Griffiths' ruling null and void and so further funds can and will be made available for GZ to strengthen the squad, you mark my words and watch this space, In fact, now that the boot is on the other foot we should now sue McCabe and Co for dragging our club's name through the mud and reopen the whole thing now that it is in our favour, BG should sue the FA because if it weren't for the ruling made by Griffiths, then he could've sold the club for it's true value rather than just handing it over to Straumur(spelling) and to take things even further the FA should investigate McCabe because it's funny that Graham Sheer sung like a bird at the hearing and it was his words that effectively won Sheff Utd the right to compensation, but during the joint FA/Prem enquiry, he chose to keep schtum so am I the only one here that thinks that Sheer was payed by McCabe to say what he said in the hearing?
ReplyDeleteAs you WHU fans told us prior to the settlement, just leave it alone. Now who's dragging it on and on?
ReplyDeleteSeriously, get some perspective.
we paid sheff utd compo for playing tevez all season under 3rd party influence, rightly or wrongly that is now fact...we were just cleared of not continuing to break the rules a second time by playing him the last 5 games of the season after we "tore up" the 3rd party agreement. with dux stitching himself up by admitting west ham actually kept the agreement in tact, breaking the rules a 2ND! time along with kia's inside knowledge i am delighted it has all been swept under the carpet because if you think paying sheff utd was an injustice then just imagine if we were punished further, it would be bye bye west ham. i don't know about you but i am glad we are guarenteed to stay afloat.
ReplyDelete"We have now been cleared of FURTHER irregularities"
ReplyDeleteThe clue as to why you're paying and as to why you CANT tear up the compo deal is that you werent cleared of ALL THE ORIGIONAL irregularities you are still guilty of those !
1128, we paid Shafting United the £25m to head off charges of playing Tevez illegally in the final 5 games. This ruling has said that there is insufficient evidence to suggest we did this. It is time to tell McCabe to bugger off and then to say the same to Duxbury who panicked and agreed the unnecessary compensation. Does this explain his charm offensive?
