Brady Announces New Club Motto

After changing our name to West Ham Olympic, Karen Brady has announced that we will change our club motto.

Brady explained: "In recognition of the club's traditions since 1981, we have decided to adopt the motto, 'It's not the winning but the taking part that counts'."

"So what that we are bottom of the table? WHO cares? That's the Olympic Ideal! Anybody opposed to this change must be a little bit crazy and a little bit blind!"

I never thought that I would see the day that we would be playing on Hackney Marshes.

West Ham Olympic my arse. It would seem that our Ms.Brady is getting a bit carried away with herself. Still, if G&S are the fans that they claim to be, they should be well aware that the rest of us thinks the idea stinks and refuse to sanction such a ridiculous idea. Well, she's only been at West Ham five minutes and already, she has dropped her first Julien (faux paus). Is this a sign of things to come under our new regime? What's next, drop the West Ham handle for Hackney Marshes? Then we'll be called Hackney Marshes Olympic or H M Olympic. G&S, have a word FFS.
