Gold Talks More Golden Balls - As a smokescreen for what?
Is it just that Gold and Sullivan can't keep their mouths shut, or are we seeing more carefully orchestrated mood management from the East End Independent Traders?
Goldilocks has had his say on Capello's disgraceful announcement of Beckham's enforced retirement from international football, and once again suggested that there is an "open offer" for Beckham to come to West Ham. Well, I'm sure there's an open offer for Messi, Tevez and Ozil too!
Every time I read this sort of cobblers, I find myself wondering what the Davids are up to. Caicedo is coming, Golden Balls will be welcome whenever and...oh by the way, Parker is leaving after all.
Of course, there is no substance to my worries. We offered a contract extension to Parker last week and there is clearly nothing to worry about, even though Parker hasn't signed it yet. He is sure to do so. After all, the Official Site announced yesterday that we have retained him. The transfer window doesn't close for three weeks, the contract extension hasn't been signed, but we have retained Parker apparently. Perhaps we could have a daily update on the OS. Big headline! Parker Retained Another Day!
Mind you, if Derr Hammer is injured...
Another new game for you...
ReplyDeleteEverytime you revert back (yet again!) to your insistence that Parker will be sold - you lose!
Change the record man, only time will tell. Roll on September.
it's all about them trying to squeeze us into the olympig of a stadium i think. keep getting west ham and bexkham and olympic ambassador in the same sentence in the press and in their minds they're edging closer. In reality i think it is so obviously never going to happen it's a bit of an embarrassment to try and bathe in the reflection of his perceived golden aura
ReplyDeletehands off hf - so he got the Scot Parker predicting wrong... big deals. his doing a good jobs.
ReplyDelete1154, time will tell.
