Wouldn't you know it? Not content with taking Peters, Allen, Kanoute, Carrick, Defoe and Eider off us, it now appears that 'Arry and Levy may be about to steal the Olympic Stadium from under our noses, moving themselves lock, stock and two smoking barrels into our back yard.
Call it daylight robbery, call it typical Totscum, call it what you will, but this is now a distinct possibility!
You can imagine what Sullivan would have to say about this! But gob off as much as he likes, there is nothing he can do about it should Tottenham decide to go for it. Mind you, Sullivan and Gold could always move us to White Shite Lane I suppose!
Will it happen? I very much doubt it! It would be like Liverpool taking over the Commonwealth Games stadium in Manchester! The trouble is, Tottenham may just bid up the price to screw us over, and then withdraw at the last moment!
The response from the critics of this site was gloriously predictable! I quote:

Haven’t visited here for a few months but I am pleased to see that you are writing the same attention seeking crap that you always have on here and the org.

Haven't visited myself for ages either and if anything it's much worse.

2041 Deane he gets peoples backs up = you don't see this kind of comment on any other West Ham pages - only here - as author of this site and owner of his suspect attitude he really should be asking himself why he gets such abuse - did it ever occur to you or him that perhaps he deserves it?

Of course HF knows the story is rubbish - it doesn't stop him - he likes to be an antagonist, apparently the puerile personal attacks "add an extra dimension to the site". Personally I think it's about self-flagellation.... HF gets a kick out of the name calling as he is obviously a catholic that needs to be punished for his sins.
So, TurdsOut! and others, now Spurs have officially registered their interest, how about issuing an apology?
Do you seriously believe anyone gives a toss what you think? You have a very needing ego don't you? why is that? what happened in your past??
ReplyDeletetottenham have got no chance of getting that olympic stadium because its in east london and more importantly in newham. dont even think tottenham want it to be honest they have just said that so they get their own stadium salted out. ps tottenham fans would not be happy about going to the olympic stadium anyway so theirs no chance it will happen. would us west ham fans be happy about moving to a new stadium in north london. no chance and that goes for spud fans as well.
ReplyDelete2059 I was abandoned as a baby on the steps of Upton Park tube station mate. You try to cope, knowing you were abandoned as a swaddled infant inside 48 hours of being born. But leaving all that to one side, I was right again wasn't I?
ReplyDeleteI thought you and most of your fans were against west ham moving to the olympic stadium? It's not in west ham and there is a huge running track round the ground!
ReplyDeleteSpurs going there is a no go for sure but if you do are you going to change your name to Newham United?
Can't remember the last time 'sort' was spelled correctly on this website, you included too HF!! Haha
ReplyDeleteJack
I spell sort correctly Jack. But some of the sorts who visit this site struggle with the word for sure.
ReplyDelete0724, you may not want to move into your neighbour's house when he puts it up for sale, but that doesn't mean you want a pimp to buy it to turn it into a brothel. Mind you, Avram wouldn't mind!
That was enlightening...
ReplyDeleteAnyway back to the question - are you still dead against the idea of whu moving to newham? What about newham fc that already exist in the lower leagues?
I remember Reading on here that this site was campaigning against the move? Or have you woken up and realised it's your only hope of staying competitive with the big boys over the next 10 - 15 years and beyond.
If so don't forget from a football perspective it will be a shit ground - miles from the pitch, running track and not in west ham. Are proposed new ground is effectively on the same site in tottenham and will be remarkably perfect for football, with are single tier stand and seats very close to the pitch.
I guess either way your stitched up and we have the perfect solution with the new WHL :)
Yes I am still opposed to the move, although I must admit that the idea of Spurs moving into the stadium has lessened my resolve! Rather than Spurs move into our back yard, I would support the move. But if Tottenham weren't interested - and in the long run I expect them to stay where they are - I would prefer to stay at Upton Park. Does that make sense?
ReplyDeleteThere's a big difference between 'prefer' and 'absolutely not'. Sounds like your warming to the idea and not because of the spurs link - we all know that would never happen.
ReplyDeleteOkay get set for empty seats galore in a stadium not in west ham with a running track round it :)
