The team desperately needed a morale boosting home victory and instead, we go into our next home home with a record of played three, lost two, won none and shamed by an early exit in the League Cup. Remember how we fared under Avram when there was a pot at stake? Oh for that attitude now!

My son paid a small fortune to take his girlfriend to the game. At no point was it marketed as a reserve game that didn't matter! He should be reimbursed, as should every Hammers fan that went there that night. Perhaps Parker could donate his August salary as a final goodbye!
