West Ham Signed Wrong Half Of Fab Four

When will we learn? We thought we were signing a Mexican wunderkind after the last World Cup and ended up with a doppelganger from Taco Bell, and now after a month, we've sent our half of the Fab Four back to Dallas ahead, no doubt,of hunting down Ringo Paul instead.

Wonder how Allardyce broke the news to the unwanted Yank? Get back? You've got a ticket to ride? We can't work it out? You can't do out? You won't see me anymore? If I needed someone...it wouldn't be you? I should have known better? I don't need you? I don't want to see you again? You are a walrus? Hey John, you let me down? Or Hello, Goodbye?

  1. Barrera never got a chance. He'll leave and be a above average to good player somewhere else.

I still think the biggest problem is out wide and Barrera could have helped. We still need to deeply address the issue of left and more importantly right back. O brien is NOT epl worthy (barely championship)

  2. His deal had ended, he was signed as backup when we had injury problems

  3. Money was wasted. He did not kick a ball for the club. There was an option to buy but he wasn't good enough. Tell you what, I'm happy to spend a month at the club on ten grand a week, and the club won't have to pay for my flights, so saving them money.

  4. and if faye and reid who were injured at the time when we signed him as COVER took longer to recover or got re-injured and we ended up with only linda and kids to cover at cb

i think you will find it is called hedging your bets, would you rather we pay him 80k to cover us for 2 month or risk £50 million and go bust by not going back up by not acting at all. its not like pique was banging on the door for a loan move, we can only sign average players because we are an average team in an average league with average finances.
