Wigan Draw Increases Pressure On QPR & Hughes
It never rains but it pours. If it was sweaty in the Bush yesterday, it's now, well like an overworked whore's privates in a sauna. As if slipping into the bottom three wasn't enough, QPR now find themselves just one point above bottom place after Wigan achieved what the Hoops couldn't, a point on their travels.
Away to Norwich or away to Bolton, what was the tougher game on paper? Before the season started, you would have said Bolton, but with Norwich, like Swansea, now on 36 points, just three points behind Liverpool, a reassessment is necessary.
How ironic! Back in October, when QPR were in tenth and I predicted a relegation struggle, a gR came on here and prattled on about how a survey showed that a huge majority had predicted Rangers would finish ahead of the other two promoted clubs. I pointed out then that surveys stand for nothing, it's results that count. And so it has proved. Anybody predicting Sparky's boys will outpoint the Welsh and Norfolk minnows now I wonder?
Interesting to hear a couple of gRs on the radio yesterday claiming Warnock shouldn't have been sacked. That's how desperate things have become in the Bush - they are pining for a guy with a 100% record in the Prem. 100% relegated that is!
Poor Fernandes is learning that the game isn't as easy as he thought it was. Barton, Wright-Phillips, Ferdinand, Nedum, Cisse, Zamora, et all are not the Prem beaters he was led to believe. In fact there's not been much beating about the Bush all season has there?
One point off bottom place, who would have thought it?
Let's just hope WHUFC get to the playoffs and get stuffed by a more deserving club like Blackpool. I wonder how many QPR fans would be on their own fan pages slaging off West Ham. I suggest not many as we care about our own club. I don't understand your obsession with qpr. You have suggested in previous blogs that you have a bit of a soft spot got qpr and their fans yet you continue to berate the club and the fans?
