QPR on target to finish season with 12 points!

How the hell can Mark Hughes look in the mirror? Where is the guy's sense of dignity? His self respect? His sense of honour? Twelve games in and QPR have 4 points! Bloody hell, even Warnock of Leeds did better than that!

So what's gone wrong? Paying silly money for mediocre players. The likes of Cisse and Zamora set the pulses of the gRs racing, but they were never going to be good long term investments. Cisse has failed before in the Prem and Zamora is very hit and miss...and miss again...and miss again...and miss again.

The defenders signed by Hughes were never going to be good enough either. When I queried the wisdom of the signings last season, the gRs were furious. But I have been proved right.

Meanwhile the summer signings simply amplified the folly. Bosingwa failed at Chelsea and was simply looking for an easy pay day at QPR. The same applies to Park, a player who looked reasonable with quality around him at Old Trafford but who never really put a stamp on the Prem. Hoilett is decent but he was relegated last season. Green is Green - a bench warmer at the highest level. And Granero? A good player but not the type to enjoy a British winter in the 100mph Prem.

Hughes has called for time. And more time. And more time still. But surely it is now time for him to admit failure, call time...and resign.

So can anything save QPR now? 'Arry can. But even 'Arry will have his work cut out after this start! And if Fernandes dillies and dallies for much longer, even 'Arry might not fancy it! Remember, he couldn't save Southampton. And anyway, Tottenham might beg for him to come back!

  3. Ever since Hughes left Fulham, thinking he was too good for the job, I've thought he was an ass. Well, Hughsey. Take a look at this.

After 12 games two years ago, under the single worst manager in the history of the EPL, West Ham had 8 points.

When you are being outperformed by Moron Grant, you should start examining your choice of vocation.

Sorry, QPR supporters. You deserve better.

  4. I'm enjoying the QPR meltdown very much. It's great to read Fernandes' 'tweets', and to see the abject failure of 'Sparky', just like it was great to see 'Colin' get the sack before. Also extermely satsifying to see players who conned WHU out of large sums, like Dyer, A Ferdinand, dozy Zamora, and others - the laughable blue-headed Cisse and the cosnsistent failure SWP. What clowns they all are. 'Professional' footballers - just airheaded chumps, seeking out all the 'dollies' at their nightclubs,, while the poor long-suffering fans actually expect them to deliver 'football'. Ho ho ho......and now the prospect of the saggy-chopped one looms on the horizon, the saviour and 'bare bones specialist.
Ha ha ho ho hee hee......
