Yup, simply put we were outclasses. I think it was a huge mistake to start with O'Neill. Knowing that he and McCartney were going to have to deal with Lennon and Walker..absolute madness. Jarvis looked when he came on, though I wish it was O Neill who came off before Maiga, and Taylor should have come on at half-time. Also O Brien showing signs of weakness..I wonder how Demel would have done. COYI
Cant remember who it was but one of our players was fouled in the build up to there 2nd and the third was part to do with diame not being ready to recieve the pass and go towards it. I know its only local saturday football but an example is i didnt put enough power in to an easy pass sort of like carroll today but what the striker did is he was alert to it and quickly dropped and went towards the ball and was able to play a give and go instead in which we scored from after. So why carrols pass to diame was bad had diame gone towards it and been alert he wouldnt have lost out.
That's it HF - all the overrated favourites - Noble, Reid, never mind donkeys like O'Brien, McCartney,Cole, Nolan - completely exposed by a decent Spurs team. I couldn't give a toss about being a 'blind' support-the-team-at-any-cost type of fan. This is shyte, played by mediocrities. As against Wigan - who also play FOOTBALL - we were totally outplayed. Its going to be a long month for sure. If anyone thinks this is worth paying to see, they must be crazy.
It truly is amazing how little you have to say after the latest defeat really. I'm not a Tottenham fan but you previously suggested before the game kicked off they had no class apart from Bale.
It would appear yet again you are made to look the complete and utter fool you portray yourself to be really. You don't have much to say about West Ham but still incessantly bitch about teams such as Watford, QPR and Leeds.
I look forward to your next two fixtures which hopefully will serve another reality check to both yourself and the many other deluded hammers fans out there thinking their club is something it is clearly not.
And completely disgraceful chants from the so-called West ham 'fans' about Lazio. Absolutely the nadir of lumpen garbage on parade for the world to see. They must be trying to outdo MILWALL for pig-ignorance. Filthy RACIST scum who think that backwardness like that is 'banter'.
This game is going to be a huge problem as people will look at the lack of goals in this game and past 3 games. However anyone watching the game would notice will play so damn deep its impossible for Carroll to do anything.
We have a great winger in Jarvis but no one else can really put the ball in the box. Over and over again, the full backs suck and are actually a big problem. That left back issue is so bad, i cant believe we havent done anything to date. The first goal showed how bad mccartney is, you cant just run into the player and spin and hope that stops him. If we can get creative full backs, the goals will come.
Your supporters once again proving that they've spawned from the most polluted, inbred depths of the gene pool. May your insignificant little shitstain of a club die already.
Thanks for sharing Jim, it must be wonderful up there in Heaven with your completely angelic set of supporters...every club has got `em unfortunately & if you don't realise that then your just as thick & inbred as the people you're critisizing.
What else did you expect Hammersfan? It was the banker home win of the weekend. Surely you don't believe that West Ham can achieve anything this season except possibly avoid the drop?
You must have more fun when they are in the Championship where they really belong. At least success there is within their capabilities.
Yep, we were well beaten and out classed on the day - doesn't detratct from what's been a good season so far. For me the fact that we had enough backbone to get one back and that Carroll scored it is a positive and means that it was a bad day at the office rather than anything more systemic. Tough run of games - even if we lose the lot we're still well placed come January to push on and secure our status, which lest we forget is the point of this season.
@25 November 2012 22:05, no shit that all clubs have a minority of cretins, however it seems that your club along with a couple of others (chelsea and your fellow simian cousins at millwall) seem to have a much larger minority than the rest, probably verging into the majority. I understand that generations of inbreeding has taken its toll on the west ham gene pool, to the point where you can hardly be considered human beings, but please, outside of your hovel infested slums, pretend to be somewhat human.
Got to laugh HA HA HA HA. Worst Ham just what they are all about a champoinship team at best lol.
