Liverpool's Suarez Out For Upton Park Visit

You have to laugh. Having lent us Andy One Goal A Season Carroll, Liverpool now find themselves without a striker for their visit to the Boleyn because of Suarez's suspension. Carroll, of course, will sit the game out himself because of a double whammy - a knee injury and the rule that prevents you playing against the club that owns your registration.

There can't be many occasions over the last 30 years when West Ham have gone into a game with Liverpool in a higher league position than the mighty Reds - certainly not in early December! Traditionally Liverpool strikers fill their boots against West Ham, but now Liverpool don't have anybody to fill the striker's boots. The game truly has gone crazy!

  4. Erm.. If Andy One Goal a Season Carroll is injured why does his loan to West Ham leave Liverpool without a striker following the suspension to Suarez? Also why does it make you laugh if you're effectively paying him £1.4m to sit out his injuries and you haven't even got to January yet? Quite possibly the worse bit of business since Liverpool signed him in the first place, surely. I'm sure the scousers are pissing themselves.

  5. 08:52 like it said in the article Carroll is both hurt and due to his loan agreement he cannot play against Liverpool. The article may not be a Pulitzer Prize winning piece but read it before you comment.

When you engage with the knob-jocky that writes this drivel you are either ignored or ultimately told that if you don't wan't to read it then you don't have to.

So I have taken NJ's advice and decided not to read it. Just comment. Who cares?

  8. Hey plastic hammer,i've got a good idea. Why don't you reply to The Scratching Shed 2 days after they took the piss out of the olympic stadium that even genuine hammers fans don't want to move to? You know the fans i mean? They go to all West Ham games not just read up on statistics and watch from their armchairs then talk shite about games they've never been to. The genuine fans who've left comments on your posts dreading moving to the soulless olympic stadium. You know you really ought to spring into action and argue the toss with the Scratching Shed 2 days after their post went up. Everyones so jealous of your new stadium and your brilliant centre forward. How is Andy anyway?
