What a shame that Shafting United have been forced down this route. What a pity that, despite access to West Ham's millions, they are still loitering in the third tier of English football. What a travesty that such a great club will find themselves hosting the likes of Yeovil and Orient next season.
Still, look on the bright side guys, next time you travel down to Brisbane Road you will have the opportunity to catch a glimpse of the Olympic Stadium - from the outside of course! And as West Ham, minus Tevez, return to the Prem and plot a glorious future, we are thinking of you rusty Blades, crumbling away in the shit where you belong!

Have you nothing better to do with your time? Seriously?
Good luck in the Premiership next season, enjoy watching Allardyce-ball and hoping for a 15th place finish.
You cheated and got away with it. We made some horrendous decisions after that and haven't got away with them.
all i have to say is enjoy yeovil away! as we will be at the city of manchester stadium.
But we didn't cheat 1337, we were done on an absurd technicality. The trouble is, that idiot Duxbury gave bad advice in the first place and then panicked when you lot whined about being relegated. It is karma, my friend, karma. Shafting United by name, and as Ched shows, Shafting United by nature. Well Fate is shafting you!
LOL Keep up the posts on sheff united as they are always good. I really cant stand them and I also think they cheated (as well as many other clubs)
This loan rule where you can loan a player for a season, but the club that owns him says he isnt allowed to play against his parent club, isnt that third party influence?
Keep up the good work

C'mon Hammersfan. WHU broke the rules to bring in quality players they couldn't other wise afford. It was a good try but they were caught out and paid the penalty, which was fortunately for them but a fraction of the gains. Get over it.
The team that setup the underhand deal are long gone fortunately. Good luck next year. Even the worst Blades fan still has a soft spot for the Hammers going back to our epic encounters in the 70's.
