Well that was convenient wasn't it? Unless you support Leicester, West Ham, Stoke, Sunderland or Southampton of course!
You sponsor a mean nothing cup so what's the best way to generate interest? Set up two 2-leg semi-finals between the three biggest teams in England and one of Spurs or West Ham - and as Spurs are the marginally bigger club (until West Ham occupy the Olympic Stadium), give the Cockyfools home advantage!
Meanwhile, given the hammering Tottenham took at White Hart Lane at the hands of West Ham, an executive from Capital One may well be on the phone to the FA this morning with an additional request: "We would very much like the game at White Hart Lane to be refereed by Kevin Friend".

Spurs eh, tough draw that, do you fancy your chances then?
Good one! Whatever happens West Ham have not many "friends" as far as referees are concerned. But I am hopeful that we can do it to them again. It should be their worst nightmare.
"As Tottenham are the marginally bigger club"...sure they are! Remind me, didn't West Ham just come back up from the championship? And when was the last time they appeared in any European competition?
You may have "hammered" Spurs after parking the bus and scoring three of your five shots on goal, but I wouldn't expect to be in the hat for the semi-final if I were you...
It's widely known actual Spurs fans would probably only get about 15000 in the Chamoinship, west Ham were averaging gates of 28000. The fact Spurs have picked up a lot of plastic fans, because of the Bale phenomenon over the past few years, should be a warning that if they do decline down the league a lot of those plastics will find pastures new. West Ham will go to 3PL with nothing to lose, Spurs will be very mindful not to get another drubbing from their so called lowly neighbours. I can smell the fear already!
12:34, we are very happy with the draw and we understand if that makes you a little anxious.
I may be wrong, but our cup record (in England and Europe)is better than Tottenham's. Be that as it may, I see another thrashing to AVB's boys again in your own backyard.
