Idiot Louts Shame West Ham Again

Time and again they shame our club and time and again the club fails to take decisive action. How many "fans" received life time bans after the Tottenham game? And how many will be told never to enter the ground again after this latest shameful episode?

I know somebody banned from the Boleyn and I have been to an away game with him. The tickets were numbered and only available through the club, but that didn't stop him buying me my ticket. And he is a regular at away matches, the club seemingly unconcerned.

It seems that the only way of triggering action is for draconian sanctions to be imposed. If points were to be deducted, perhaps the fans would self police and the club might pursue the culprits more actively.

I hate the idea that we could be relegated because of the morons who support our club, but if that is the answer, so be it. The club must accept responsibility and take more effective action or it must take the consequences.

Hey why did Lampard run to corner of ground where West Ham fans were that incites trouble & surely the FA & Premier League shudve made it a 12 o'clock ko so no fans wudve been too boozed up esp with games in past where trouble as happened also why didn't lumpa lard run to he's own fans the other side of the goal I don't agree with what happened but seems like let's turn on the fans again why not turn on our players manager & owners for a change as there all shit

@OP

Can you clarify what transaction actually took place here.

"I know somebody banned from the Boleyn and I have been to an away game with him. The tickets were numbered and only available through the club, but that didn't stop him buying my ticket. And he is a regular at away matches, the club seemingly unconcerned."

Did he buy a ticket from you or did he buy a ticket for you?

Brilliant, its not enough that we obviously have enemies in the media without one of our own trying to villify us,what did you think would happen in the heat of the moment after celebrating in front of us like the imbecile he is.Thanks for the helpful comments.!!!!!

So you are happy enough to go to game with this banned fan, and then call for the club to have points deducted. Perhaps it is you that should take more responsibilty/effective action?

Some predictable responses here. Why the hell shouldn't Lampard run to the nearest side of the ground to celebrate his 200th goal for Chelsea? Do you seriously believe it went through his head to antagonise West Ham fans at that moment? If so, you are a fool.

As for "one of our own", I am not a thug or a moron. I don't want to be associated with thugs and morons. I was raised as a West Ham fan by a decent and intelligent man. The West Ham fans I associated with were decent and intelligent men. Yes the morons were there, but they weren't as prevalent. It is a disease of the modern world. Sad, revolting, distressing.

At least those "morons" actually bother to go to games and support the team. I know who I'd rather stand beside and this is probably whipped up out of all proportion so some sad journalists can spout their mock outrage while getting a headline

Terry and Fat Frank were up to their usual tricks in snidily goading us but you wouldn't know that would you HF, you're just happy to get a hit on your blog

And so if somebody goads you, you hurl coins at them do you DD?

And there were the racially aggravated public order offences of course. That's inexcusable

We are outside and have the building surrounded HF, come out slowly with your hands behind your head, no funny business, let's not allow things to get messy

I don't condone the fans' behaviour. Obviously coin throwing is pathetic. Hot Dogs too... :-) Racist behaviour is vile, goes without saying. Fans should be punished.

Deducting points from the club is way off though in this scenario. If an entire fanbase act like arseholes all the time then yes, fine. We're talking about a minority on this occasion. Try to understand if you start deducting points for every one of these incidents, it leaves the door wide open for corruption. It would only take a handful to go to a rival's match, chuck a few coins, bosh, job done. Banned from a club you hate, damage their season.

John Terry was warming up in place he had no business being. The rules state you are to warm up in the technical area and behind the linesman on YOUR side. Prevents interference for the line of sight of the other linesman. He then started pantomime actions of picking up invisible trophies and all sorts of gestures to our fans. The bloke's a complete tool. As I said, I don't condone coin throwing but there's your reason. Lampard wasn't the target, Terry was as he flew onto the pitch to celebrate right in front of the wound up fans. We he did was asking for a reaction. Not once have I read an account that details that. He wasn't merely "warming up."

Hammersfan, really foolish statement! You arranged tickets with him, went to matches with him and he is banned from the Boleyn?" You are simply blaming bad governance on the club when you know this, write a WHUFC blog and have not stopped it happening. You are as much a criminal as your friend!! Sort yourself out!

oh dear, looks like the police are on your case HF!

possibly it was unwise to boast about selling a ticket to your mate, knowing full well he was banned from attending matches. then again, you'd think the police would have something better to do than reading footie blogs when they are supposed to be working.

I always enjoy reading your blog, so I hope you don't get nicked!

I'm with you on this HF, but then I consider myself an intelligent man. Sadly, and it affects every club I'd imagine, there will always be a majority of football 'fans' who are utter morons because they don't know better. Their fathers didn't, and neither their father's father. It's just society. Lowlife, scumbags will always haunt our game because it's a game for the working class.

He bought me my ticket! Derrrr.

Punishing the masses for the few not very intelligent

Ha ha priceless, what world are you living in,no of course Lampard did't run over there on purpose him and Terry celebrating like that was an act of kindness to our fans!!I would rather have fans with a sense of passion and pride than a bleeding heart liberal like yourself hf,i can't believe you actually posted this are you spurs in disguise???

So you think it is a good idea to make all the law-abiding fans suffer with a points deduction for the club they pay hard earned money to support ,because of these idiots? There is no justice in that ! Agree the club should put more effort into sifting out these so-called fans but it should be the culprits who should be punished not the genuine fans.

Hammersfan said...

Hi Essex. I think I say I hate the idea, but if the club fails to act without this punishment, what can you do? Did I bring the economy to its knees? Nope. Have I had to pay for it? Yes. That's life.

If the decent fans don't want it, then the decent fans have to act when it happens around them. They don't. They either tacitly or implicitly support it.

Action is necessary. Society is bigger than a football club.

This is starting to grate now,why don't we fill the stadium up with you and your like minded fans, then sit back and watch the club die a slow death, pathetic middle class views from someone who clearly does'nt understand history or rivalries, did you go to the game?did you watch that pathetic racist who you seem to be protecting, winding up our fans before the goal, maybe not, lets have a dig instead at our sometimes over zealous but passionate fans who i would'nt change for the world, love our fans can't stand you though hf.Totally snide and out of order my snivelling yuppie friend!!

I'd of thrown a brick at em let alone coins..haha!!

Well its quite simple really isn't it HF. Why not write to the club and expose this hooligan who bought you the ticket for the away team. Stop talking (writing) about it and DO something. This.....absolute thug, could get us relegated if you have your own way.
