That Lampard Is Useless Aint He?
All the morons take a bow! Fat Frank does it again! Lovely pass to Malouda for the first goal, then a wonderful left foot drive for the second. And he should have had a penalty into the bargain. That's 20 goals for the season again and over 100 goals in five years. We are looking for a twenty a season striker, Lampard gets that quota from midfield!
Of course the head in the sand idiots will still tell you that the guy isn't worth a place in the England team. Wake up! After Moore and Peters, he is possibly the best player we have ever produced.
I will leave the comment filter on for now. The Grunts will be angry!

I've always thought of lamps as a superb player, The funny thing is when Chelsea signed him all my Chelsea mates (and there's a lot of them) said they should never have bought him and he is not good enough for them, my response to this was that he would get them 12 goals a season and he went on to surpass that prediction,
I like Frank and I don't buy into all this anti feelings, I've never booed a West Ham player past or present,
If you boo a player that plays for you he generally plays worse if you boo an ex player he usually plays better so it's just counter productive!!
Well said. The Fat Fwank hatred has reached ludicrous proportions, blighting people's view of his footballing ability. For this generation of Chelsea fans, he stands next to Franco as one of the greats. And that's saying something.
This time I really did "LOL"; I was going to write a piece entitled .............. "That Lampard is useless ain't he"!
read his book
he had to go we got rid of his dad but he slags weth ham to much in that book do it when you are out of the game
The funny thing about Fat Frank is, no footy fans rate him, it's not just us West Ham fans.
Obviously being runner up in European Player of the Year a couple of times and scoring 20 odd a season from midfield is an over sight and a large slice of continuous luck!
I don't especially like the man, but I don't think in all seriousness that his ability was ever in question, even as a teenager for us.
He's one of the very best of this current generation of players, but one of Englands greats? Nope, gotta disagree.
I did mean the third best that West Ham have produced - and I recognise that puts him above Brooking and Hurst so may be controversial!
I sort of agree with apache he's no Trevor B but he is up at the top of the current crop along with Rio
Mate, if only Trev had scored 20 goals a season!
It's not all about goals it's about the team player and that's why he's no Trev or maybe I just want Trev to be better, in my mind Trev was better but that might be just blurred memories. I need help here aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!
'Should have had a penalty?'. I dont think so the ref saw it for what it was-a disgraceful dive. I do not like the man, I still think he is a traitor but your right, booing is counter productive.
I agree there was no pen! just no chance and I'm glad the ref saw that
Life of Iron, if that had been Noble going over Ledley King's leg, that would have been a penalty! There was contact and it was nowhere near the ball!
As for Lamps v Trev, as good as Brooking was, he won far less matches than Lampard has. The amazing thing about Lampard is that, in a team of big names, it is always him that ends up with top billing. A very special talent at the top of his game this season IMO
Yep maybe but that's what it is
"a matter of opinion"
you think a pen I don't,
as for Trev my opinion is more based around being a West Ham player really and that without doubt makes Trev better in that respect
but I see the point about Lamps overall
You what??? are you forgetting the way Lumpard treated us? And the way he bitched cos he thought we were "being mean" to him???
Get real!
I hated Klinnsman & Maradonna but that didn't mean they were bad players did it? Hate him as a man if you must; but be man enough to admit that as a player, he is class!
