To Be Frank, Well Said Lamps!
I know that on the eve of the game with Chelsea, this may not be the most politic think to say but I don't care. I have heard a recording of what Frank said to that jerk of a DJ and I agree with everything he said.
Now I am of the opinion that Dads should stay at home with the kids, but you could tell from the emotion in Frank's voice that he is upset not only by what was said but by what is going on in his life. The distress over his mother's death is obviously still keenly felt and I had a real sense that he wants to be with his children and did not opt for the present state of affairs.
Now might just be the time to bury the hatchet. Remember how Tevez was put off his game when he was given a hero's welcome on his return to Upton Park? Perhaps hostility should be put to one side tomorrow and Lampard should receive support for his stand against trial by media. Who knows, it might bring a lump to the guy's throat and make him less inclined to break the hearts of the fans who never ever made him feel as special at Upton park as his obvious talent deserved!

The whole booing frank thing is more pantomine to me then hatred. We sold frank and got 11 mil for him so good luck to him. Just wish he didnt always bad mouth us but he never deserves the abuse that he gets. Just hope he doesnt score 2morow if he plays. RIP Pat lampard
Even with those reason put aside it`s time to lay this to rest, it`s old, Frank Lampard is one of the finest footballers this country has produced & we should be proud we produced him.

Hang on a minute, this is the same bloke that said in an after dinner speach that he hopes he scores the goal that sends West Ham down in the season that we were relegated. There were still young fans that had his name on the back of their shirts. He has held nothing but contempt against our club and our fans since the day he left and I hold nothing but contempt back.
Time to let it rest.
Time to move on.
The past is the past, and it would be nice to take the high road.
I am a West Ham fan, my dad is a West Ham fan, my Grandma was a West Ham fan,my Great Grandpa was a West Ham fan, it's in our family.
Frank Lampard and his Son Frank jr. are part of the West Ham family, time to welcome him home.
Booing him makes him play better.
Applauding him won't make him play worse, as he an arrogant egotistical
tw*t. The only thing that would work is to totallay ignore him. As for the original poster. Either you have not been a west ham fan for long or have forgotten what lampard has said in the past.
0043, I have been a supporter since the days of Moore, Hurst, Peters and Peter Bennett and, as the last name will indicate, I have a very good memory indeed. How would you feel about an organisation that sacked your father and uncle because your uncle criticised the boss publicly? Would you not feel a degree of resentment? How about your feelings towards the customers of that organisation if they had hounded you whilst you worked for them, claiming you were only in role because of nepotism? I can put myself in Frank's boots and understand his anger. He was an excellent servant whilst at the club and, but for the management change, would probably have been a West Ham player for a good many more years. He is one of the best we have produced as a club since Moore, Hurst and Peters. Sadly, Peter Bennett never quite hit those heights!
Screw that, he is a scumbag and always has been. Anyone who wishes ill on his old club and fans then deserves the stick he gets. His misses and kids booted out in the cold, he is the lowest of the low despite his family difficulties.
Today is the time to make sure his emotional side that surfaced on the radio comes out again. When we did that last time at UP he saw red.
Time for...
Scumbag you let your children down, scumbag you let your children down!!!!
I think that will have the complete reverse effect that you are seeking mate!
Great blog, you can find some more Kids Lamps here.
