Interesting to read Sullivan's comments on the Tevez affair. According to Diddy David, we should never have pleaded guilty. And who was it that accepted Shafting United's claim and agreed to a £25m compo payout? That would be Scotty! It seems The Penguin has it in for The Joker. The only problem is a contract that would cost us £2m if we were to sack The Grand Puppet Master allegedly. I wonder who drew up that contract? "Hello Scott, it's Scott here, I have this contract I would like you to sign..."

This website rocks its awsome
actually we agreed 15 million to be paid over the next 5 years
And where did that information come from Fred? Sullivan doesn't think that's the case. Is Duxbury pocketing £10m for himself on the QT? Careful, he will sue your ass!
more like 2 million to keep his gob shut, plus compo,i dont think he's goin anywere soon,.,.,
I suspect you are right Peter. I wonder just what shit he could ditch if we cut him adrift!
stop moaning about duxbury your boring!
Stop posting until you can spell. It is "you're boring". Bloody teachers!
The dingleberry David's, telling everyone and their mum about forking out 100,000 grand a week to get a signing. The childish kids, sorry footballers in the dressing room wll get upset, any harmony that we may have had is well and truly shot to pieces. Ruudy will snub us anyway and the papers will have another laugh at the hammers. Will we ever learn.
Any news on a new stadium? Think we will just update the east stand?
The david's bought 50%, how does this give them full control? Here is a tough one..do you think we will go down or stay up? I think we will be okay just! Burnley, wolves, portsmouth and hull, its between those 4. We are crap! they are worse, LOL
Second shot just fired by Brady in the Sun:
West Ham Olympic - "WHO"???
No thanks - We've already got a name.
Anyway the first event is for premiership survival or it really will be the high jump next.
Again you have got it completely wrong. Whether you're HF or Hotshot C etc wrong again. Duxbury advised Eggert Magnusson throughout the whole saga leading up to the plea to take the not guilty stand but Eggert the egotistical fool that he is would not listen. The compensation is 3.5 million a year for 5 years you do the math because you can't do the research obviously
if u read what was seaid a the beginning of the season they said we agreed a settlement of 15 mil to be payed over 5 years stop blaming duxbury for whatever you can
He killed 12 people, no it was 15, no only 8, 27 I tell you. Does it make a difference it was still bad decision making with dire consequences for those that care and could do nothing except live with the horror
loozas thats the same as what i said earlier that equals up to around 15 mil over 5 years like i said HF thought i was stupid tbh HF you are more of a spud fan then anyone else who posts on this site
According to Sullivan, we owe Shafting United £20m, and we have already paid one £5m installment. Who gave the oral cuddles to Tevez's agent and lawyer, the offence that incurred the second penalty and for which Fulham are now pursuing us? Duxbury! That isn't open to debate is it? Why are you guys defending him for God's sake?
SEE WHEN WE SIGNED TEVEZ AND MASCHERANO DUXBURY WERENT THE CEO OF WEST HAM AND TERRY BROWN WAS THE ONE WHO SIGNED THEM SO R U GOING TO BLAME DUXBURY FOR THAT BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY AT THE END OF THAT SEASON DUXBURY BECAME CEO AND THEN HE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT THE SOONER U GET THAT IN TO UR THICK SKULL THE SOONER EVERYONE WILL MOVE ON WITH THIS
Fred, does 149 stand for 14 years and nine months old? Why the shouting?
You are, of course, right. Duxbury wasn't the CEO at the time of the T&M deal, he was the club's legal advisor! He was the one that green lighted the deal and said it didn't break any rules!
What you don't seem to understand is that we were punished for the original signing of T&M - that was the £6m fine. Duxbury then gave assurances to the Tevez team which effectively confirmed that the Third Party Agreement was still in force - which is what oppened the door to subsequent action by Sheffield United and others. Curbishley had written a letter confirming to IKEA that as the manager of West Ham, he picked the team and made all decisions relating to team selection; in response, Duxbury gave assurances to IKEA's team that they still had full control over their player. It was these assurances, the "oral cuddles" as they were called, that triggered the compensation to sheffield United.
Looking at the numbers the last accounts explain the total costs of "Tevezgate were £31.8m! That includes the initial £5m fine, £21m due to Sheff U, and the balance of £5.8m is mainly legal costs...
The property owned by the club is valued at about £80m which compares with a cost of about £550m for the Olympic Stadium. Rent, lease or buy it is going to be hard to make the sums add up, and then there are the politics to sort out. It would be silly not to consider the possibilities and perhaps a joint ownership plan would be the best answer, but... The previous (money no object) Board had a look at it and sprinted back to Green Street in pretty impressive time.
I think the bark of our new "Stratford Bull Terrier" is going to be worse than her bite.
HF - not a comment but I posted the same article twice. Thought my computer had crashed but then saw you are moderating. Please delete one article. Cheers.
Have you got a "WHU" personal number plate by the way? Expect the "WHO" versions will be serious money!
Pajowa, I had to put the moderator on for a while because an old contributor returned to post crude sexual and racist comments. He is a very sad individual who seems to get off on using the N word and avdertising a porn actress. Pathetic but thinks he is clever.
Shut up with your crap mug
