Boa Lays Into Sullivan
Well Boa has had quite a day! First he plays out of his skin, scoring just his second goal for the club and then, with his contract up at the end of the season, he pitches into Sullivan, telling the Chairman that he needs to show more "composure"! Composure? This is from the guy who was red carded stupidly against Tottenham, who put God knows how many shots into orbit and who collected a yellow card today for stripping off his shirt after scoring! (Still, at least he kept his shorts on!)
According to Boa, having the money doesn't give you the right to mouth off about the players. Doesn't it? Who has been paying Boa's wages whilst he has sat out the whole season? Well, since January, Sullivan has, so I think he has every right to say what the hell he likes personally.
One thing's pretty certain now, after Boa's outburst: Sullivan won't be paying Luis' wages for too much longer. Shame because I was just beginning to warm to the guy!

I'm afraid I agree with 'the Boa' Sullivan should put in and shut up He talks like a fan and his comments should be kept to sites like this for the press and such he's got to act like a chairman
Boa's off by the looks of it so he didn't give a toss and took the opportunity to put the boot in. Not a bad way to sign off really, i thought he was spot on
LBM's performance today was reminiscent of the way he used to shine for Fulham...which is why I believe we got him!
When he's fully match fit I think Mr Sullivan would be daft to let him go, despite the fact he came out and voiced not only his, but a lot of the other player's frustrations on where they stand this summer!!
Just brilliant from Boa.
I think Luis was talking about composure when opening one's mouth HF. Certainly, with the words Boa chose, he showed more composure and class than Sullivan ever has. Just like our manager has shown more composure and class than Sullivan. Shame on him.
Only a buffoon would exercise his right to say what he likes just because he pays the players/managers wages, and Sullivan is that Buffoon.
It's a pity the home fans that want to will not get to say bye to Zola.
...and I do hope your choice of title for this post was perfectly innocent HF
Anyone siding with the playing staff over our chairman are being very short term about this.
Better SuGo than Hicks or the Glazers...At least our man is in the country.
I think a few people have forgotten the effect of Sullivan's rants. After the first one we won two games in a row for the first and only time this season. Something HAD to be said after the Wolves debacle. I was relieved by Sullivan's rant - it showed there was some fight in the club. True the Stoke defeat followed but then came Everton and Sunderland. Of course the players didn't like it. They were hearing some home truths that hurt. That's why they all love Zola, he doesn't do it! Sullivan shouldn't have to do it; with a proper manager, he won't. Did he do it in all those years at Birmingham?
Agree 100% with Boa Morte, guess he took the chance to have a farewell pop at Sullivan.
Fuck him he has never been good enough on a consistant basis. De de de fuck off Boa Morte
Sullivan behaves like a baffoon.
Boa Morte was under appreciated and we would have been in a better league position if had started regularly on the left.
His finally ball/finishing wasn't that great, but he put himself about and worked hard for the team and offered more, when he played regualar, than Stanislas has done.
If we did a deal on a much lower salary and kept him I would be happier, than watching him go with no or inexperience replacement.
spot on HF. Sullivan has been speaking truth to power because there is a lack of other people doing so and taking responsibility.
What do Hammers fans want anyway?
"Sullivan to lay into Zola"
Talksport seem confident tonight tht Zola will not be the West Ham manager come Wednesday morning...
If this is right hope you do not give him any more flak HF.
Great Boa - a year off and comes back to score straight away. "never been good enough" - what like Jnr Stansilas ?
Pity it never worked out for you at WHU Boa, good luck in Portugal.
Thanks also to Zola, who has class, if not 'experience in management'. What a pity that we now have the worst possible owners in Gold/Sullivan, and the worst possible CEO in Brady. Plenty of crap 'english' football coming - is that the 'west ham way' ?
