Well it comes to something, when West Country Turnip Ian "Why don't you think of some difficult questions to ask me?" Holloway picks a reserve team to play at Villa, effectively writing off the game, because he fancies his donkey riding charges to turn us over at the Boleyn at the weekend!
I know Holloway is now claiming differently, because the Tangerine Dreamers so nearly left Villa Park with a point, but the facts are undeniable. Ten changes were made, just as with Wolves at Old Trafford last season, with Holloway Gummidge clearly earmarking the game with ourselves as an opportunity to 'arvest points.
Well that is bloody insulting and if it isn't enough to provoke an angry and punishing response from our bunch of underachievers, then God help us! Grant should be using this show of bumptious contempt to stir the players into life. "We're not just going to beat them, we're going to stuff them so hard they'll think their bleedin' tower has been shoved up their collective arses" should be the approach. Stuff three points, in Grant's shoes, I would be targeting five goals!

If we're targeting 5 goals it's only cause we think we'll let in 4. Holloway's a good manager and he's got the right idea. If we're effectively relegated by xmas then it's one less spot for Blackpool to worry about.
Well, for what it's worth, many Blackpool fans (myself included) thought the Villa game was much more winnable than West Ham. We're all still wondering where this is going (issues behind the scenes and all that?) but I reckon Saturday is nailed on now as a West Ham win.
It's not gonna happen but I hope we can smash them by 4 or 5 goals, not only to get some much needed confidence but to hopefully give Blackpool a bit of a premiership reality check and hopefully breed some fear into to start a losing sequence of 6 or 7 games on the trot for them. Can't see us getting more than a point however with Harewood scoring the winner for them in typical West Ham fashion.
Absolutely nothing wrong with what Ian Holloway is doing, and who the fuck are the FA to tell him what team to pick? Third party interfierence perhaps?
Also, take a look at Aston Villa and at West Ham, and their respective home records. Every piece of evidence suggests that they are far more likely to get a result at West Ham than they are at Villa.
Let's wake up and smell the coffee, this is not an insult to West Ham, it is a wake up call as to how shit we are at the moment!
01:10 - sorry to scrap your obvious writing talents, but we'll not even register a point if Marlene gets a winner!?!?!
13:55, it really wasn't that hard to understand even for a pakistani such as yourself.
