Brazilian Pole Dancer Heading to Upton Park

A da Rosa by any other name would smell as sweet but we all know what you put on roses to make them grow! Is it just me or are others worried about the prospect of signing an unknown Brazilian defender who has been a "star" in the Polish league?

Apparently, this guy has been performing a staring role for the mighty Korona Kielce no less. He is clearly a 27 year old superstar in the making!

Why do we want him? For the same reason that Poles are working all across London? They come cheap?

Yes mate, BUT he is only on trial. If he isn't good enough he won't be signing. Sounds sensible to me, try before you buy, so to speak.

A Brazilian defender in Poland. You couldnt write it if you had to.

Goal.com says Cole will discuss terms at Stoke today and is off for 6 million.

There are people employed to judge whether a player is good enough for the team or not.

Luckily for West Ham United, you are not one of them.

No-one with an ounce of sense is worried about a trialist because, for starters: he's just a trialist. We trial many players during the summer and 99% of them don't make the grade.

However, if he does enough to secure a permanent contract, I'd be happy to give him the benefit of doubt seeing as professional scouts and coaches have assessed him first hand who know a hell of allot more than HF does.

From what I've seen on Youtube he plays like Rio, then again it's Poland and the strikers looks shockingly weak.
