Kovac Arrested In Case Of Mistaken Identity
You honestly couldn't write it could you? The great British police force have only issued pictures of actors in "The Firm" amongst their list of "Most wanted" following the Millwall game. Now I don't want to belittle what happened in anyway, but honestly, West Ham are up on a charge for failing to control the fans, whilst the police are demonstrating incompetence of the highest order! Do you know these men? Yes, they are bloody actors!
How reassuring that Plod's investigative skills don't run to identifying that they are watching a feature film. No doubt, Michael Caine's picture has now been sent to Interpol in relation to an armed robbery in Italy in the late 1960s and the FBI have been tipped off about a Mr Tim Roth in relation to an armed robbery in an eatery somewhere in the states during the 1980s. Anthony Hopkins had better watch out or his collar will be felt in double quick time!
Mind you, it's not only the police making cock ups based around mistaken identity. Zola picked a guy called Kovac on Saturday believing him to be a Premiership footballer. It seems that whilst Tim Roth featured in a movie called Reservoir Dogs, Kovac has a starring role in one called "Yard Dogs"!
