Brown Stuff Down The Plug Hull

For some reason best known to the architects, it was considered a good idea to put a wash basin in the bedrooms in our university Hall of Residence. Very useful, it's true for brushing your teeth in the morning but awfully prone to blocking after seven pints and a late night kebab - and that was before one bright spark on our corridor decided, in a drunken stupor, to not only use it as an ancillary urinal but as a receptacle for an early hours bowel movement. I thought of that revolting image when I heard today that Hull had sacked Brown and were thinking of replacing him with Alan Turds Curbishley! You flush out one lump of brown stuff and replace it with another!

Is this good news for West Ham? Well I have a lot of time for Brown and am amazed that he has lost his job after 10 man Hull took Arsenal to the 4th minute of injury time before losing on Sunday. It looked to me as if Hull were fighting like Tigers and were well organised into the bargain - which is more than you can say about us in either of our shambolic performances against Bolton and Chelsea. If Brown deserved the sack, why is Zola still in a job I wonder?

Equally, I have no time for Turds, so, logically, this should be good news for us. But since when has logic applied to a relegation struggle? Just go back to our Great Escape and that victory at Old Trafford! Wouldn't it be Sod's Law if Turds led Hull to safety at our expense? That is unless Sullivan and Gold head him off at the pass! What price Curbishley being unveiled as our manager some time ahead of Friday?

At 33%, Brown has a better win ratio than Zola!

Why is Zola staying despite everything? Because it is not in the budget. We cannot afford to sack him. What sort of cost saving would that be anyway. And in addition, the guy is doing his best to put into the shop window individual players that don't fit because it would be good for sales revenue in the summer.

Slim to no chance HF.If SULLIVAN and GOLD are trying to wheel and deal a contract on the cheap then your right CURBISHLEY is all we will end up with. But I give them more credit than that, when ZOLA is replaced it will be with a manager with some recognition in the game.

It's not 33% this season HF....plus, Zola's got a much better smile :)

Brown had run his course at Hull, it was all coming to a natural end. Zola is just beginning at our club. We can at least rely on him not to conduct a half-time team talk on the pitch.

Nevertheless, I think Hull should have waited to the end of the season as it will be very difficult for the incoming manager or the caretaker to make an impact.

Curbs is waiting for that top 4 club to come knocking. Can see him wait as long as Graham has for that....

lol.......you joke though TBI,at least GRAHAM knows how to build a defence.Something we desperately need at WESTHAM.

LOL TBI, perhaps he's hoping Capello gets the sack so he can be offered the England job! Alan Curbishley, the man who interviewed worse than McClanger!

Under Curbs, Hull WILL survive and quite possibly at our expense.

I would love Curbs to come back, none of you idiots give him the credit he deserves. He's a fucking good manager.
