To be fair, Bridge wasn't offered any protection by Ba and if Grant plays that formation against Liverpool, we will be murdered. But what, exactly, did Wayne think he was doing for the Burnley goal? Not even Spector in the left back berth could have ballsed up so badly!
Going forward, the guy is decent, but as a defender he is ordinary in the extreme. The 90k a week salary he is being paid is a total joke!

We said the same about Lucas Neil on £60k a week 3 years ago. He helped save us from relegation. In retrospect he was cheap. Perhaps the same will be said about Wayne if he too helps save us.

Oh for Daprela - anyone seent hat he is currently doing very well in Serie A?
We've never been the same since we lost LN he was a bargain - but Wayne is looking very iffy.
I wonder what Daprela would have cost us in comparison to Bridge? And of course, whereas Bridge has a past, Daprela has a future!
Lucas Neill was a bargain? Don't make me laugh. He was spotteed as a liability at right back by the opposition' so much so that Ilunga had a holiday and we all thought he was a decent player.
