Liverpool Cheated As Clattenbung Plays Another Blinder!

Remember the penalty given against Upson in the Man Utd game at Upton Park last season? Well there was an action replay today but Clattenbung apparently had his money on Stoke so the outcome was no penalty. I reckon he was right with that one, but he was hopelessly wrong with his two other penalty calls, awarding a dodgy one to Stoke which won them the game, and denying Liverpool a nailed on penalty just to uneven things up still further.

Somebody might check on unusual betting patterns on the match in Clattenbung's home town of Gosforth. It really does happen too often with this clown.

It was a penalty HF. Walters was held at the hips. Carragher new it himself, if you watch his interview. Hansen just talks out of his arse.

If that was a penalty then there should be ten penalties every game. In fact there should be ten penalties at every corner! I dislike Carragher intensely as you know, but the penalty that Clattenbung didn't give to Liverpool was ten times more a penalty than the one he gave to Stoke. But then Stoke were at home weren't they? Like Wolves were at home when Clattenbung disallowed Piquionne's perfectly good last minute winner. And Man Utd were at home to Spurs when Clattenbung made that other "howler". And Bolton were at home to Man City when Clattenbung allowed a goal to stand for the home team and sent off Bellyache for being fowled. Strange that.

No, no HF. You've played footy and I'm surprised you've taken this stance. You should know exactly what happens when you turn the opposite way and are grabbed at the hips. Yes it won't look blatant as a foul and there is no falling etc but the affect of the fouler is clear because you are prevented from moving towards the ball.

This doesn't happen ten times every game as you suggest. Some things do, like shirt pulling, but that would fall closer to general jostling than this blatantly intentional foul.

I didn't say the others weren't penalties or that Clatternberg is any good. Just giving my view on that decision alone.

You could have chosen a picture of him after his hair transplant...
