Stadium Tours Over Half Term
According to the OS, the club are offering tours of the stadium over half term hosted by club historian John Helliar. Special highlights will include the opportunity to lie on Kieron Dyer's fur lined treatment table and to sit in the office where Duxbury offered oral cuddles to Tevez's advisors. Punters taking the tour will be given an opportunity to enter a "Guess how much we owe?" competition and to see the executive toilet where Eggert used fifty pound notes to wipe his arse. A golden bust of David Sullivan, soon to take pride of place in the foyer, is also sure to be a big attraction. A visit to the home dressing room will enable fans to see the pegs where Rio Ferdinand, Frank Lampard, Joe Cole, Michael Carrick and Glen Johnson once hung their togs.
The tour is being marketed under the title, "See it whilst you can, the farewell tour" and is being sponsored by Barratt.
